Posted: 10/31/2009 10:29:03 PM | | I actually ran into my ex a couple of months ago...I hadn't seen him in 2-3 years and he only lives a few blocks from where I used to live...but we didn't exchange any words even though he was standing right beside me while his gf stood behind me glaring at me apparently...lol...his gf denied him from having any communication with me and I had known him for over 25 years although we didn't date until in our early 30's for 3 years...but I was just respecting her wishes and so we didn't speak to each other at all...oh well...but if I could have said anything...it would have been just the standard idle chit chat...but if I could get into the nitty gritty I would ask why he's not talking to his family considering when I was dating him, he made big efforts for us to visit his brother and his family on the island and his sister-in-law even thanked me for bringing him around even though he was the one initiating the visits...I don't understand why he's stopped communicating with his friends and family when they were so important to him. | |

I've not dated in a good while now (about three years).
I have not seen her in three years - closer to four years maybe.
I am sure she is still good looking.
I am also sure she would be happy to bOink again. I talked on the phone to her about a year ago. She was making noise like she would be extra receptive.
I DON'T WANT A F@@K BUDDY ....... her or any other fbuddy.
I want a real girlfriend or nothing but .........
Yeah - I only hope I don't run into her. I might cave.

So I'll say we are friends ( FWB) she come over very other night for her 3 hours worth, and gives me what no other woman ever has. one of those love hate things, I'm luckier than most she leave the B/F home, she must hate him also.. last week two of her G/F's came along, only one stand the 6 hours worth .. If I could get all three to go the entire 6. I'd be rich..

When he turned around and said hi, I reflexively responded "oh! hi!"

I heard about your dad. He always was good to me. Hope you got a chance to say goodbye in a loving way before he passed. I'm sure you'll miss him.
and then I'd listen.. and respond with kindness accordingly because he WAS a good man.. and I respect the man he was.. and her loss of not having him now.. when I KNOW she could use his guidance.
To my 2nd.. I'd say...
How're you doin? Sure.. you're welcome to spend the weekend seeing the kids down here. ______________(our daughter) always has room in her bed to snuggle with mom.
To the one I felt got away I'd say..
How're you doin? how're the girls. Then I'd respond to her answers with politeness, kindness and in such a manner of honorable respect that the conversation would be like that you have at a 10 year reunion.. just catching up.
I dont live my life with regret.. or with any anger at what happened yesterday. It's bae enough that shiiiit happens.. but to carry it forward AFTER the proper time for flushing.. is just wrongful thinking.
Yesterdays shiiiiite got flushed.. yesterday.
That being said.. I DID get a comedy-central laugh out of some of your guys posts | |

I haven't seen my ex-husband since my son's graduation 1-1/2 years ago. He and new wife were nasty to me then and I couldn't have cared less if I ever saw them again.
However, I recently started working in a Comedy Club part-time, and last week they walked in. Sat right up front and thank God I wasn't waiting on them. During the comedian's set he begins talking about putting cocoa creme on his balls to make them look younger. He looks over at my ex and says "Now, I can guarantee that guy has some old looking balls!!!" Okay, I was laughing hysterically at this point and after the show, he and new wife ran out the side door.
As I headed out that night, I told the comedian I loved him. | |
