The truth about unique compatibilities is more about the law of averages and diminishing scale.
The odds diminish with every factor you add to the equation, and then are compounded when you factor in that they must be mutual.
Compatibility across many levels is wildly elusive.
Finding your soulmate is simply a romantic notion done in retrospect, that attempts to rationalize when two people become spiritually connected with each other in a way that both are convinced is a singularity.
I think it's a dangerous psychological rabbit hole to fall into, particularly when you are younger. The only constant in life, is change. The concept of someone who is perfect for you in the present, does not take into account who you, or they, will become later on in life. We all evolve. People are anything but static. This "other" is your "Twin Flame" and there is only one of them unlike a "soul mate" where you can have many. This creates a longing in each of us to find our "other half" on a soul level. I know it seems a little "woo woo", but when I saw the video below, it touched me on a very deep level and it felt very true. Watch this video...it's beautiful!

They're not. Twin Soul/Twin Flame is the other side of the soul. Souls were created without sexual assignments.They were both male and female at creation. One soul without sexual identity. It was only when these souls came to earth and took human form that the sexual identities came about. If you're male, then your twin soul(the other half of your soul)would be female, and, visa versa. | |

I always thought humans originally consisted of two heads, two sets of arms, two sets of legs, etc. (hmmm---think of the possibilities!  ); sort of a Chang & Eng kind of thing, but with a Donny & Marie twist. Sadly, almighty Zeus thought as individual duos they were too powerful, (remember, they were a little bit country AND a little bit rock and roll). So, being the jealous god that he was, he took the advice of Yoko and split the humans in half; and that’s why we’re always searching for our “other half”, soul mate, twin flame, or George to our Wheezy.  | |

After having established karma with someone over and over through a series of incarnations we develop a recognition of them, a vibe, a chemistry if you will. Upon meeting them our guard is instantly down. This is no stranger.
Unfortunately, the concept of soul mate does not have the romantic connotation that civilians think it does. Because a soul mate can get in behind the fences so quickly, often a soul mate is in one's life just to deliver a very difficult lesson, one that couldn't be delivered were it to have to take time to develop the relationship. A soul mate is often someone who is too young, too old, already attached or leaves too soon. The number of lifetimes we've achieved and the quality of our attachments and love during those lifetimes will be the determining factor for how many soul mates one has. How ambitious one was when choosing the karma to work out in this lifetime will determine how many of those soul mates deliver those difficult lessons.
We are as likely to find soul mates in our parents, siblings, coworkers and children as we are in our sex partners, and the experience of them is not always pleasant, because you know, sometimes love sucks.
The concept of twin flames comes down to us through Madame Blavatsky and the Count St. Germain. The idea behind twin flames is that when entering duality the spirit splits to form the two halves of the Tao. We spend our duration here, throughout all our lifetimes seeking that twin flame. This is more along the lines of what people mean when they speak of soul mates for it's definitely the stuff of Hollywood melodramas.
My latest musings have taken me to the idea that it's our ancestry that creates the feelings of déjà vu that might indicate reincarnation. We don't actually reincarnate but we carry the memories of our ancestors in our DNA and that cellular memory makes types of people, places, things and situations seem familiar.
I have belief systems surrounding the idea of a "One" because I've committed to a long term relationship with my owner.
Those belief systems, like most belief systems, are bullshit.
But this is how mine goes: when one or the other dares to say, "Sh!t honey, this isn't looking good. I must have deluded myself. You aren't the one”, the other says, "Well, what does the one of right now look like?" The doubter then lists off qualities, values, goals, actions and even the appearance and decorations of the one desired right now. The rejected one gets to work and becomes the other's current desired object by changing qualities, values, goals, actions, appearance and decoration.
This way we get to keep each other as best friends. We also get to be the keeper of the other's history. In those histories are failures and also the fantasies and dreams that were never realized. By staying together we have that spare data bank walking alongside each of us to help us recognize "here's that opportunity you've been waiting for" or "whoops, last time you did that, this happened". We become invaluable resources to each other. By personifying whatever the other one needs or wants to continue to adventure, change, grow and learn we never become obsolete to one another. So it's the best of both worlds. We have our historians and our teachers rolled up into one person. We simply have to each be willing to continue to change into the other's one du jour. We don't hold rigidly to separate identities but are instead willing to morph into new characters so the other's drama can continue to unfold.
Sometimes we will have to take turns, I'm sure. Other times perhaps we will be so much in synch that either of our desired ones du jour will match up quite nicely with what the other was wanting to epitomize anyway. | |

The "soulmate" for you at 25.. well that just doesnt exist cause neither of you are adult enough to KNOW anything other than 18 years of childhood and 4 years of legal drinking..
The soulmate at 30, provided you have spent the last 12 years growing up and maturing.. is a totally different person also at 30 then he was at 18.. so he wasnt a SOULMATE until that moment. meaning nothing to do with "soul"
Now.. IF you get to 40 and still havent met "the one" and are alone and looking.. Your life needs at 40 will be totally different than they were at 25. Most times you will be done having your kids.. IF you did.. so 1st quality of a soulmate is agreement on birthing children and the proper time to. Obviously this is off the table since you are now DONE. So again.. soulmate at 40 WONT be that very same person at 30.. only 10 years later.
soulmates are a bunch of crap.
This twinflame thing is like a term on a hallmark card. Harlequinism and gives women something to get all dreamy-eyed over.. Oh.. Watch for it on OPRAH.. The show about NOTHING.. make for women | |

Another label is born. It belongs with that soulmate stuff...which is questionable.
There is so much that is still unknown about the soul/spirit/energy that is "life" to us.
Once "life" is gone from our bodies, where does that energy go? I don't feel that energy dies, does it disperse? Go somewhere? The answer is no one knows. If we knew about what happens after death, then the whole science versus religion debate would not exist. You can't scientifically test for what happens after death (other than the physical form of decomposing, of course). It really is in the end, a matter of "faith." You may believe that something happens, and you may believe that nothing happens. But as of now, no one (scientists or religious people who are still alive) can know for sure.
I believe in instant mutual attraction. For some reason your body and mind goes into alert mode that tells you that you really dig this person. You can picture yourself kissing him and you can picture yourself with him for more than just sex.
If that attraction is just as strong on his end, then you have something going. But...this does not mean that he is good husband material, too. Whatever is happening in your life at this time affects who you attract. He could be a woman abuser...or a anything else that is unsavoury.
You have to get to know him first. Usually, if both are healthy minded with really no issues, it works out well. | |

I'm getting very confused. I need to light two gaslamps so I can read more.. Since these lamps are so far away and difficult to light.. I might need a TwinFlame to get them lit. If a company run by two Bob's sold me that flame.. Would it be a Bobseytwinflame?
I dont want my flame to be afraid to open up to the energy.. then I wont get a flame.. just a pfffffft and some smoke.
