read the first post or look two posts up from here
If a poet unknowingly starts a load of threads instead of hitting reply to add to their thread, they can gather all their poems onto one thread, and contact a mod who can delete excess threads and rename the one they want to keep if they wish.

no idea why this thread by a moderator was never pinned to the top of the poetry forum page....
oh well. maybe one new writer will read this and request all their individual threads be combined into one. any moderator can do it for them. | |

it asks that we put all our poetry in one thread, or add our writing to another's thread, which is also most welcome here.
it's a good rule. it helps keep the number of single poem threads to a minimum so the pages don't fill up with those, particularly single poem threads by the same writers.
