Posted: 8/25/2005 10:12:43 PM | Heh..I just now..got shot down by a girl on a date because I was TOO nice, intelligent, and goodlooking..and some other stuff..and she thought I was settling for her. So... Where if I was ugly..I would have gotten laid..I am apparantly too attractive..and more so than my pics...so I get "we might as well not start a relationship because you will dump me"...that is paraphrased...but that is what I got. wtf.

Posted: 8/25/2005 10:22:17 PM | I agree that people who think they are all that, have a real attitude problem. I was interested in a guy here in town that I have known for years. We saw each other at the pool, and sat by one another and started talking about all kinds of things. Then he was looking at me funny and I asked him what was wrong, like I had something on me, I don't know. He replied that he was only looking at his reflection in my sunglasses. I knew right there that he wasn't relationship material and was glad that we weren't dating. I did keep him as a friend, and he used to tell me that men would turn me away because I was more attractive than them.
Others think I am so beautiful that they are afraid to talk to me. I do not think I am that pretty, and like it when a guy takes the time to get to know me, some do. I am really picky though, but about the important things though, you know.
I don't want a needy guy who has to hang around me every second that he is away from work. I have a life and meetings and such and have dated men who like this quality at first then they get annoyed when I need my little amount of space. I have found that really attractive men are needy too which is why I broke up with the last one.
I think if people just learned to relax, life would be so much easier. And also we would be able to find what we are looking for in a life partner. | |

Wow! Theres alot of self bashing on this web-page! If you people think youre ugly, then others will percieve you as much so. Start thinking positively and positive things will happen. Like you thinking youre attractive, thus raising youre self-esteem, and thus girls will find you more attractive for it. Now not all beutiful people are mean, thats erronious and generalises.
Do you honestly think if the hunchback of notre dame says "I'm attractive"100 gazillion times,would the ladies all of a sudden see a stud prince??? | |

He doesnt have to tell anyone but himself and do the work to make him attractive, like use a higher quality shampoo and wear a better cologne. There have been reports of beutiful woman walking out of clubs with ugly and mediocre men, and do you know why? Those ugly people have worked on there inner game to be more confident, and thus more successful. | |

SERIOUSLY alot of the men that I have dated recently care not what I have to say and TRUST me I am beyond the surface but more for how I look sitting next to them in their truck!!
I understand about hot men. . I rarely approach a guy whom I can see is attractive to most women due to the idea that they may be as we have depicted hot people in this thread!
I broke up with a man recently (whom I was madly in love with) for over a year that was VERY hot. . (well I thought so) he started getting arrogent suddenly adoring himself in the mirror and treating me like I was just a stop over. . putting me on the back burner. . stuff like that. It was a shame. . he seems to have realized his arrogance now though so perhaps he was going through a faze, or not who knows. ANYWAY, I am not that way and HATE people like that but if some dude's only comment to me about "who I am" is "you look good. . ." or "you are hot" then I will NOT bother. They too are arrogant but in a different way, so perhaps the women who put up with the shit men/women (hotties) put them through is for the trophy partner they have aquired. . .

here's what you do. when i walk down the street and run into a beautiful lady sometimes i can tell by the body language "hey, i'm so hot ... and i know you going to check me out"
when i see that, i just walk by her without giving her any recognition ... as if she doesn't exist.
on the other hand, if she beautiful and doesn't seem to have her head up her ass, a little bit shy ... even though she knows she's the bomb, that's when i give her all the attention she need. maybe that 'll make her day brighter or maybe that might just help her walk with her head up. i do the same thing in the club as well. infact, last night was the worst.
so men + women, you see stuck up people, don't pay them any attention! that 'll really get them wondering if something is wrong with them or they 'll simply keep circling around you like a pack of wolf ... or simply head for the bathroom to see if anything is ok with them.
try it ... it's a lot of fun
