YES. I've had it happen and like some of the other guys have posted, it is awesome, but the sensitivity issue is tricky to get around. It's not necessarily a skill or artfrom, but both parties need to be in the right frame of mind and body for it.
It's something that takes a bit of work, but worth the effort most of the time, especially if it is a short sexually meeting; however, in marathon sex (plan a DAY or morning or afternoon together), I prefer to pace myself. I don't need to break records or cum twice with one erection. I'd rather have 3 4 5 or more ejaculations over the extended time then to try and prove I can have 2 with one erection in that situation.
