Yea breasts are great to look at. As a guy like most guys nothing wrong with giving a look i mean if your dating a woman or commited to someone its ok to stair and look at them but even when your not nothing wrong with a quick look or glance i am sure most women are good with it. Like i was at a sports bar in town last weekend and a woman was in there with a white shirt that was really tight and her nipples were showing pretty good and most guys were looking including me and you have women that like to wear low cleavage and all I say if a woman has some nice ones why not show them off some.

If mens penis were 3 feet higher on their body and we wore shirts that exposed it the way some women wear their tops, you would be looking at that area too I would think! lol Definitely agree with you on this one. I would be checking it out without a doubt, especially if I was attracted to them. I think you need to look somewhat inconspicuous though.
