and to expand on this topic...it's not unwise to have fertility testing beforehand, too. planning a family is probably one of the hugest reasons for marriage. if there are difficulties....you need to know you've married someone who has matching views on the solution. along with genetic testing that might shed light on potential diseases (i.e. cystic fibrosis) | |

Posted: 7/17/2005 3:56:06 PM | My daughter is also 20 and a virgin - she does not believe in God so it is not a matter of it being a religious thing - she made her own decision when she saw her girlfriends losing their virginity to total jerks - she is strong enough that she did not bend to the pressure of giving in. I also believe that waiting is a good thing - you need more of a relationship established before you throw in the complications of a sexual relationship.
JRJ - keep your head high and morals - when you do find the right girl - she will appreciate the fact that you waited for her too.
