| 2010/11 NFL Weekly Predictions Posted: 1/5/2011 2:25:55 PM | Indianapolis Colts- Jets don't have a chance no matter how much Rex Ryan tries to discharge out of his butt-hole.
Kansas City Chiefs- I don't know but there has to be an upset.
New Orleans Saints- Defending champs, so we can't cut them out...Then again, they are playing the Seahawks. What an easy win to advanced?! I bet the Saints have already booked their rooms for the divisional round...Too easy!
Green Bay Packers- Vick will choke for sure because he's not ready for the playoffs and losing two in a row is not the way start the playoffs.

Are we doing this again next year?? I say Booyah I'll second that; hopefully we'll have football next year and games to pick! Possible 18 game schedule to add to the mix.
Felt posted his playoff picks, feel free:
Wildcard round:
Saints over Seachickens; please, please; bad enough 7-9 got in, lets end it right here Colts over Jets; Jets D isn't as good as last year, and that wasn't good enough Ravens over Chiefs; blowout game of the weekend Eagles over Packers; lack of a running game is gonna get the Pack this week or next

Jets don't have a chance
Funny, thats just what the Cheatriot fans said of the Giants in SB, 42!....the fact is that the Colts aren't as good as last year...the offense is good(passing game), but the defense is suspect!...and if the Jets' D line do a good job rushing on PM, it might just be enuff to throw him off his game..thus tilt the balance of the game!
I bet the Saints have already booked their rooms for the divisional round
and that's exactly what the S-hawks are hoping for!!...that NO look right passed them...just like NE looked past the ravens last year!
Vick will choke for sure
For sure!!!...then maybe you should hurry up and bet all your belongs on the outcome of the game, pal!........ain't nuthing like a "sure thing"!
losing two in a row is not the way start the playoffs.
...which is all the more reason why they may be due for a win!!!...Tis better to do all your LOSING at the end of the regular season than in the playoffs!...Btw, you might wanna check and see when the last time NE lost a game!

| 2010/11 NFL Weekly Predictions Posted: 1/5/2011 7:54:20 PM | Chiefs getting points at home in a playoff game?....I wouldnt touch that game with any money at all....
I think when the chiefs are getting points at home they win the spread something like 80% of the time...
I think the blowout is the colts over the jets...I think its at least 2 touchdowns...
I like the saints, I dont know if they cover the spread...I see the chickens backdooring the spread in the 4th quarter with a garbage td...
Packers getting 3 against the eagles?....LOVE IT...money game of the week. Not only does the pack cover, they beat the eagles...
good games this weekend...

Funny, thats just what the Cheatriot fans said of the Giants in SB, 42!....
Is that always going to be your argument? You're probably will still use this argument 10 years from now.
!....the fact is that the Colts aren't as good as last year...
And the fact is that the Jets aren't good at all. Never count Peyton out, especially in the playoffs.
!...Btw, you might wanna check and see when the last time NE lost a game!
They haven't loss since Cleveland, so what?!?! But I shouldn't tell ya that because you should know, since you have all the time in the world now that your Giants are out. And if you are trying to compare this years Patriots to 07 Patriots is a bit silly because of your Giant's SB42. In 03 the Patriots won 12 straight and won the SB...Try to consider that? This thing that the Patriots are over due for loss is compiled by Jet fans and Jet fans alone. I don't look at those stats and I bet the Patriots don't look at that too. They have tasted perfection and the Patriots aren't walking into these playoffs thinking the SB is in the bag (And the fans). It has always been one game at a time. This is not the same team of 07.

| 2010/11 NFL Weekly Predictions Posted: 1/8/2011 5:13:41 AM | There has to be one upset.
Is it going to be
Jets over Manning? KC over Ravens? or Seahawks over Saints?
Eagles/GB, anyone's game, both mediocre teams. Eagles will sure lose in next round.
|
| 2010/11 NFL Weekly Predictions Posted: 1/8/2011 6:15:48 AM | Well if there are upsets I just hope it's not The Jets over Manning and I sure as chit hope the Eagles lose. Then the Bears can kick GB's azz next week!!!
LOL, ok truth be told, I based my picks more on what my heart wants AGAIN..... Mostly anyway, I would like to see the Seahawks advance but Saints are a much better team.
Todays games are Jets@Colts and Seahawks@Saints. Hopefully I'll get to watch some of the games.
|
| 2010/11 NFL Weekly Predictions Posted: 1/8/2011 7:52:18 AM | Colts Ravens Packers Saints - the 'Hawks must go down, or the amount of grief and aggravation I will get from all of my Seattle friends this week will be unbearable... | |
|
| 2010/11 NFL Weekly Predictions Posted: 1/8/2011 8:07:38 AM | | I am in agreement with your picks vbxtc....though I sure hope the Jets win as well as I hope the Eagles find their groove before they had to play on that Tuesday nite ... | |
|
| 2010/11 NFL Weekly Predictions Posted: 1/8/2011 11:57:06 AM |
There has to be one upset.
there may not be, but i gotta a feeling there will be 1 as well!
GB vs Phlly---> anyone can win, so i don't see an upset either way! NYJ vs Colts---> colts will edge out the jets, I see an offensive battle. Raven vs KC--->Raven should win, though not easy, team with fewest errors will do it
Ok here it is: Saints vs S-hawks---->UPSET OF THE YEAR!!!!...i gotta feeling Seattle will pull a miracle!

| 2010/11 NFL Weekly Predictions Posted: 1/8/2011 5:04:06 PM | Congrats Seahawks on a great win. TD run by Lynch was something special! I'm done dissin' on them for their record. They're 1-0 now in the playoffs... | |
|
| 2010/11 NFL Weekly Predictions Posted: 1/8/2011 5:06:04 PM | I can't believe this !!! What have I just watched? I got my upset of the playoffs.
Taliban Sum1 knew something we didn't know???
Well, when I saw Hasselblad or Hasselhoff is Seahawk's QB, I had a hunch they might win. I saw his games when he was Boston College's QB.
Goodbye Saints.... they lost the game ever when Brees had enough time to take naps before throwing the ball.
|
| 2010/11 NFL Weekly Predictions Posted: 1/8/2011 5:07:34 PM | Wow, good call sum1. That's the one game I thought I picked using logic However being wrong on that game wasn't so hard to take. Just hope I'm not wrong on the rest.
LOL, " No Two Dat"... good one Fletcher.
It was good to see the Seahawks win but I do feel for you Pete, sorry bout your loss Pete.
Earthling his name is Hasselbeck.
I agree New, that run by Lynch was awesome.

I agree New, that run by Lynch was awesome
I think this was Lynch's first playoff game since he started the NFL. This must been a relief for him just to play after playing for Buffalo all these years and I guess no one wanted it more than Lynch did.
|
| 2010/11 NFL Weekly Predictions Posted: 1/9/2011 7:48:23 AM | ^^^^^They are still showing clips of his run, it is amazing how he came out of that run, avoiding and fighting his way thru all those tackles, changing directions and ending up with a TD.
I didn't realize he played for Buffalo at one time, I don't watch Buffalo or the Seahawks too often.
Damn I was hoping Colts would win this week and lose next week. LOL guess you can't have anything. Since Vbtxc, Mrlove and I all had the same picks, I also know so far we all are 0-2 so far. Yeah for us!
Vbtxc hope you don't get too much chit at work over the Seahawks... I know that kills me when I have to face those opposing co-workers.

He was traded to the Seahawks during the season.

There was also the 12th man too...The fans were way too loud.
