Well good for the Seahawks fans!!!! There should be a 12th man when playing at home!
LOL, we all know there are always those loud mouth Saint fans at the Dome making a 12th man, so good for the Seahawk fans giving it right back!

Vbtxc hope you don't get too much chit at work over the Seahawks... I know that kills me when I have to face those opposing co-workers.

This is waaaaaay worse than coworkers. I lived in Seattle for 12 years, but was never a fan of the Seattle sports teams. These are friends from all the way back in high school and it's gonna be ugly...

^^^^ Yikes... boy are you gonna hear it good. Hey at least it wasn't a loss to the Skins I'm sure they must really rub it in when the Skins lose.

GB over Eagles so far, 14-3 at the half hope GB can pull a win here.

oh come on now ... not that I'm gonna disagree with that statement about being good and not great because most great one's engineer their teams to superbowl victories....and some dont line Dan Fouts and Dan Marino but like I was telling my nephew not only was the Packer's defense, hell the entire Packer's team was playing like a very hungry team that's way beyond that ' were just happy to be here mode'...add that to the fact that Phily's main threat other than Vick, Jackson was injured early on as well as the Eagles have faile to produce a running game when teams do load up the box and the the pressure is making the pocket collaspe well anyhow the Eagles are eliminated and the Packer's look like they are on a mission.....

After careful and thorough analysis here is my predictions:

Steelers over Raven . Both teams are equally strong in defense. But home team will win.

Bears over Seahawks. Unless of course Seahawks again wake up and play as if there is no tomorrow.

Greenbay over Falcons. GB's defense is good. Offense are equal. GB will play harder because they are on the road and will win.

Patriots and Jets. This is a no brainer. Patriots will crush the Jets.

,
After a few sleepless nights, consultations with mediums, fortune tellers,
the magic 8 ball, ouija board, and 2 decks of Tarot cards, this is the way
it's going down.

1/... Pittsburg Steelers, over Baltimore Ravens.

2/ Seattle Seahawks, over Chicago Bears.

3/ Atlanta Falcons, over Green Bay Packers.

4/ New York Jets, over New England Patriots.

maybe someday I'll even looks at the sports news. LOL

Good Luck to All.

Here is hoping John Fox takes the Broncos to the superbowl like he did with the panthers in his second year....

predictions...
I like the steelers to cover the 3. Close game, steelers win down the stretch.

Bears to cover the 10. Bears defense takes over. I just cant see Hasselbach having two games in row playing the game of his life. But with all that said, If Cutler goes out and has one of 4 pick games...all bets off...

Falcons cover the 2.5 at home. Falcons are a solid team. It doesnt have any big weaknes. Solid team all the way around.

The one big one I am looking at. I LOVE the Pats giving away 9.5 at home. Its very simple...Brady is better than Sanchez. Its really that easy. Brady might be wearing a ball cap in the 4th quarter.

its not gonna happen because john fox is gonna wreck your nerves with that conservative play calling , that's the worst coach Tebow could have as he will run him like Tim like he's Emmitt Smith or Curtis Martin....poor guy and I like Tim Tebow.

Steelers over the Ravens - when everything looks even, take the home team.
Bears win at home (please, please, pretty please!)
Packers get it done on the road
Patsies take the Jets...but I think it will be closer than the experts think.

This weekend's conference championship games:
Steelers over the Jets - again all things being equal, take the home team.
Pack over da Bears - I think Rogers is rolling just a touch more than Cutler. This could be a shootout and will depend on which defense plays bigger, and assumes the Packer punter isn't dumb enough to kick to Hester.

I'm not sure who I'd pick in either of these games. The Patriots opened up large cans of whupass on all 4 remaining teams over the course of the season.

Of course one of them returned the favor. Twice. Once when it really counted, so I guess I'd go with the Jets over the Steelers in the AFC Title Game if I were a gambler, which I'm not. Even that's some shakey ground, the Steelers only got one crack at NE. Betting concerns aside, I'd go with the Steelers, but only because they are older than dirt and this is their last hurrah for a while. Those annoying Jets are going to be making life miserable for everyone for a while.

Green Bay looked much better than the Bears did in their NE encounters. A poor basis for making a pick, I know, but I haven't watched enough of either team to form much of an opinion. Those Cheesehead hats are tres cool. On the other hand, 'Da Bears!' just rolls off the tongue so easily. Hard to pick ... oh hell , Go Packers!

If Rex can go on the road for the third time in a row and beat 3 Superbowl Qb's I will give him all of the credit in the world. I have to go Steelers in that one. I am in the minority but I like Chicago at home.

I hate to keep going back to the Patriots (no I don't!), but this would be somewhat similar to what the Patriots did back in 1985. They won 3 on the road on the way to the SB. Might've worn them down just to get there.

The differences I guess would be that nobody was beating Chicago that year, NE could've taken the whole month off and it wouldn't have mattered. This year the road has probably been harder and more wearing for the Jets than the Pats had back then, but on the other hand none of the remaining teams are out of their weight class.

Hmmm, I remember when Super Bowls used to be anti-climatic and boring most of the time. Don't miss those days at all.
