Make sure you have a lot of saliva and get the****real wet , on one of the up strokes bring the slavia with you so it is in mouth at the tip of the****and the next time u start to slide down "swallow the Saliva" and the****will pass into throat with almost zero gag because swallowing is natural.
She also said thickness becomes an issue .
