Posted: 3/18/2012 5:07:51 AM | Problem with the iPhone, I keep forgetting that the Delete button is in the top right hand corner of the screen where Reply used to be, so I instinctively go to press Reply and (you guessed it...) hit Delete and boom, the convo is gone.
And if the other person has their page set so they don't appear on Viewed Me, then I have no trace of them to reply to whatever they said to me. | |

Posted: 3/21/2012 9:19:47 PM | Hey, I'm not sure if this has been commented on yet. 14 pages of posts are kind of a daunting task to search through. I seem to have a problem with the element that contains the chat control - I do have an ad blocker and a script blocker, but with both disabled the problem remains. I'm using Firefox 11.0, under Windows XP, and I find whatever layer or element you've got hiding the chat control module (not the actual chat windows, I've never used the new one, and didn't really use the old one much either) is obscuring the checkboxes for the inbox and outbox messages. It's mostly contained to an area starting from the second or third message from the top, to about the third message from the bottom. I can click on "view message" no problem, though. It also seems to affect the leftmost column of icons on the "viewed me" list, although the rightmost part of those icons are clickable.
Hopefully this is legible. I'm kinda floating on a cloud of cold viruses and antihistamines right now. >_> | |

Posted: 4/13/2012 6:59:06 PM | I have written to Sarah at customer service about 4 times now asking if they are going to fix the chat feature when using Firefox. When trying to IM someone and you are using Firefox it will tell you that you need the newest version of Firefox. I have downloaded the newest version 11 and even a beta version 12 and it still doesn't work. The only thing that works is using Internet Explorer. I don't know why they just ignore the problem.
Someone just requested a chat and I accepted but it would not work for me. The same thing happened again telling me I need the newest version of Firefox. | |

| Messanger pop up
Posted: 5/5/2012 10:14:12 AM | I dont know how to post an individual thread. So can someone please pass this along to the right person.
I like the messenger but I think it would be better if we can view who is messaging us and brows at the same time. Unfortunately it pops up in a separate window and so when someone writes you, you actually have to click on the tab to respond and then go back to your browsing. It would be great if administrators can modify window and intergrate it like the do on Facebook.. and other web sites with chats
