I have been with two women that did not like oral. Both said it was nasty for a guy to go down on them (they would never tell me why, but again, it seems to me that they had issuies with thier bodies.)

I don’t know what a bad one is but here goes a good one:
This is for the ladies.
His legs spread you between them facing him. Side position is not comfortable.
Soft is better. It feels great as it gets harder and bigger in your mouth.
NO TEETH. Cover your teeth with your lips.
Lick the tip. Put the tip of your tongue in the hole in center of the head.
Lick the sensitive spot on the underside of the head.
Flick it with your tongue and suck lightly.
Now go lower and lick his balls. Take them (or one) in your mouth and suck and lick slowly.
Gently lift the balls and lick where they end and the “a” begins. Flick and slightly push that area with your tongue.
Now slowly move back up to the head, using your tongue to wet it along the way.
Once at the top make a swift deep throat thrust. Relax your jaw, throat and neck to avoid being gagged. Make sure to tighten your lips on the way down. Try that motion a few times.
Now stop at the head and draw your lips into an “O” or a tight circle. Make sure your lips are really moist. Gently squeeze the top of the penis but yet exposing the head. Move the head around in small circles around your lips. Use your tongue as well. When you are not using your tongue try humming. It gives him a great sensation.
Still holding on to it suck on it in firm and quick motions several times then let go but still keep on sucking. Kind of like sucking on a straw except you stop and go.
Holding it move the head and only the head in and out of your mouth rapidly. Bite it gently every once in a while.
Now slow down a bit and enjoy.
If it isn’t as hard as a rock by now you did something wrong.
At this point you can do just about anything. Take the whole thing in your mouth and just make all types of motions with your head and hands, up and down, side to side or do an 8 motion. I hum while I'm doing this. Why? I don’t know, but I do.

I don’t like the twisting up and down movement. I have tried it but it seems painful.
Now, take him loosely deep, deep into your mouth in intervals. That way you take him by surprise and you can breathe better.
