Just gassed the car up and checked the oil. Checked the tires also and they were all low. I don't check them as often as I should but they have never been this low before. Good thing I checked. | |

buy a salad at Safeway or make your mommas favorite..
varieties of salad are potato, macaroni, seafood, lettuce, caesar, and the list goes on..
buy a BBQ chicken at Safeway or make your mommas famous country fried chicken
how about some cold sliced ham or baked ham covered in honey sauce
some unique bread or buns.....golden delicious
your favoite casserole..... we will try anything!!!! lol
did I hear someone is bringing coleslaw..... and someone else spagetti??
hope Joan is bringing her beans.......
I am bringing corn on the cob..... with melting butter dripping down the front of us!!
Just surprise us Seacop....... anything will do

Hitting the road for 13 hours tomorrow for all places South(I can't get much more North  ) and will see everyone on Friday night...I may stop in for a super quick visit as I pass through town on Thursday afternoon too.

Gee wonder if I can find it in the daylight, never tried but will be there with bells on. Hold it not a good idea, Bailey gave me a bell to scare off bears and so everyone could find me if I get lost. Then later they tell me it is a dinner bell for the bear, so ill forget the bells on  Cant wait to see everyone and going to have a great time before surgery so let the good times begin    | |

I HAVE a costume...and ready to wear it..well, kinda....
Packing up the car tomorrow, and will buy food along route on Friday...
I would like to add a 'rule' to the campout...you come with your OWN cutlery and plates...and wash your own...(or toss if disposable). No one should have to worry about cleaning up after a group this size for 4 days...yes, there will be breakie cleanup to do, and I will be more than willing help..as I am sure most of you will. Right??? ALSO...whatever you bring for Potluck, you cleanup, clear up or whatever...please be considerate and look after your own 'stuff'...

Posted: 8/31/2011 11:25:51 PM | yahhhh woohoo...on the road again!!!!! No smoking sign will be up if the windows are all closed in the cookhouse like last time because of the wind... Numerous people complained that it was just too smoky in there when all the windows were closed, so if it really nice out, and windows are open then no problem.......
You have to admit it was pretty blue in there when it was all closed in.....!!!! What with the fire and the smoking.....
Anyways...it is going to be a great weekend and no problem...we will be all sitting around the campfire outside
