Posted: 7/5/2011 10:45:23 PM | Reading over the thread, they've given no time line. Good thing, though, is that they know what the problem is, and seemed to find it very quickly.
Hopefully by the morning things will be back to normal. But remember, it was said that it appears that the messages are still there, you're just not able to access them via phones right now. So, if you get a chance, try from a laptop/PC.

Posted: 7/5/2011 11:53:41 PM | I use a BlackBerry touch. Like the others my inbox and sent box show nothing but my wail was not old. It also shows I have 2 new mails but there not there.
Incase it helps at 8:00 I was on my profile and inbox and sent box were fine. At about 9:00 I was at who viewed me, clicked to inbox and nothing. Also these times are est.

Nothing is gone or deleted, some older mobile browsers are just hiding the bottom of the page for some reason. | |
