Seems there are at least many women that don't mind it or actually like it if "the rest of the package" is decent.

Funny ! It looks like you are taking one's personal preferences as a character flaw. What are you "picky" about? Would you date a balding woman?  I'm not anti-bald ~ in fact, I once had a penchant for shaved heads, however? I have preferences aside from that which would definitely preclude some based upon physical attributes/traits. Doesn't mean I'm a mean/nasty person or too finicky ~ simply means I know what works for me. To each their own.  | |

I will tell you though that since I posted my shaved look on this site, I have received more msgs from men than when I had my pics with hair. Each day I receive at least a few msgs, all positive, from men who are interested in getting to know me. So, what I am trying to say here is that there are good men out there who will be interested in your friend whether she has hair or not. Contrary to what the media will have us believe, there are men available who are open-minded and have the ability to think outside the box. Not all men (or even most men) are going to only restrict themselves to the 20-something blonde with the body. The right man is there for all of us women, no matter what our appearance. | |

The day I shaved it all off down to the skin and got some tan on it, is the day it all changed. Got divorced after that and found out there were quite a few wanting to make my acquaintence. I don't let it grow out even to a stubble, the smoother the better it seems.

@ITWYLD-True in the case of your girl friend it’s not hereditary hair loss as it is in mine, most Doctors will default to nerves when explaining hair loss or thinning hair in a younger woman’s case, my recommendation would be a total dietary change..
