Another 4 years of bush means to me a ever improving world, where justice and laws are forced and people and places that break them are held accountable. How can a place be held accountable?
Bush came in and he forced these laws made to help keep the world secure and safe. I was under the impression that Bush forced a war on a country that was not a threat, even though NATO and the rest of the world strongly opposed the war.
I can wake up for the next 4 years feeling safe about the world. Knowing the USA is being run by a intelligent person with alot of moral and knowledge about reality. please tell me you are not talking about Bush. What knowedge does he have? OK he knows how to force his moral beliefs on everyone in the world, and how to get a DUI while on cocaine. Oh he also knows how to take a record surplus and turn it into a record defict. But I do have to question his knowledge in just about everything else. | |

The UN is meant to exsist to work... Not for all the countries to coward away when it comes to forcing people to comply with there rules. No one did that till bush came in.
Oh and for the No one agreed in the UN to allow this war.
Every single country that has ever gone to war has not got the UN approval. So shutup and learn a few things before you try to proove me wrong.
Whats the world suppost to do, Wait forever while being unsafe and unsure about the safety of the country. Or do something about it?

News flash IRAQ had a long time to deal with the UN And fufill the resolutions ordered of them. IRAQ did let the UN go in a do their research, and they found nothing and that is why they did not agree with the war and why no other country will not be our allie. Actually, a news report a few days before the election showed that the US didn't even find facilities for building WMDs. Iraq did what the United Nations wanted, but got invaded anyways. Granted, Saddam is an evil butcher, but there are many more around the world that Bush isn't going after. He doesn't even seem interested in finding Bin Laden anymore, and that is something he promised American voters he would do.
As for why they didn't allow inspectors in, who knows? Maybe it was Saddam's way of (unwisely) giving Bush the finger. | |

Posted: 11/5/2004 7:14:52 PM | Alot of news reports are bs. Im not talking WMD. All they found were documentation about them. Im talking about chemical warfare they found many chemicals being tested and some weapons being crafted for chemical warfare. This is a pretty big threat in its own.
IRAQ did not comply with the resolutions thats proven, they actually has something like 13 years to do this. Yet they did not do anything. My stats could be wrong. But they did not comply, this researched by not only myself but a old teacher of mine as well.
Sadam being in control alone is enough reason to restore order. | |

Yes, a lot of news reports are bs. That is why I read and watch news from Canada, from the US, and from Europe. Almost all the ones from Canada and Europe support my position. Almost all the reports that support your position are US based.
Once again I point out that Bush said they were invading Iraq because it had WMDs. He said so himself, on news casts shown around the world. After it was revealed there were no WMDs, or even traces of them, only then did he start saying the main focus was liberating Iraqis. And they've been liberated so well that they are in more danger now than when Hussein was in power.

Fair enough, but you still haven't explained why all the other dictators, some even worse than Saddam, are not being removed from power as well.
