WOW, it performed well and when the meat was pulled out it literally fell apart when pushed with a fork. Then came the tasted test, Oh yeah. The seasoning seduced (lol) my taste buds and it was so moist you could see it. Ok gang we're in for a treat Saturday night. Those that have had the pleasure of tasting deep fried pork and know how good that is, I'm going to do my best to season this to top that. I'll do a couple of different seasonings on it to see which one is tops. If anyone has recipes for pork send them to me as I do my research. I have volunteered to coordinate some of the games at the campout. I am new to Plenty of Fish (in the last couple of months) and have been waiting to be able to participate in a group event. I will be talking with Tom soon to establish what I need to accomplish and then...it is ON! I am SO looking forward to just having a load of fun with like minded folks! Tom mentioned that someone thought of a balloon toss and they can be a lot of fun. Some events will depend upon the weather and others will be available for use any time. Peace!
