I never chase anyone at bars or anywhere else... which probably accounts for my crippling loneliness.... that and the horrible ugly, both inside and out.
I don't talk about sex all the time, but I mean, if you have a pulse you are going to talk about it sometimes and want it most of the time.
I've never actually been drunk, nor do I imbibe much alcohol in general and yet I'm almost always obnoxious and annoying.
I make a very modest income, don't own or run a business, and almost nobody has zero time for anything else. That is usually a gross overstatement of someone who just doesn't want to make time for anything else, because they are rigid/inflexible.
I agree with the next part.
In conclusion I would just like to state that I am by no means the measuring stick by which you define 'geek'... and I pretty much suck viciously hard on all levels possible...

Perhaps the stunning women referred to by the OP were just incredibly tired of being sought after because they were merely stunning. Geeks, per say, sometimes attract women who have become tired of being treated as a decoration or a social recognition appendage. Some other women, who are not referred to as stunning, are attracted to geeks because they choose to see beyond the exterior that is presented. Some so called geeks are incredibly sexy and when you add that to smart, articulate, polite, considerate, faithful, reasonable, responsible and mature.....what's not to like?
That is not to say that geeks can't be assholes too. That personality trait is not restricted by anything as far as I have seen. It runs pretty much across the board.
Not all geeks attract "stunning women" nor are all stunning women attracted to "geeks".
To generalize any group as being all the same is a dangerous precedent to set.
As for the pre-conceived notion of how they(geeks) dress....well that can be worked on, just as it can with any other man who has no fashion sense. Wearing pants yanked up under the armpits is no worse than the ones hanging off the cheek of the butt.. with the crotch down around the knees. Both need some work in the fashion department.
Edit.... here's another possibility...... Some geeks have huge hard drives. Could be a possible reason for attraction... lol.. | |
