Have you considered clicking on the HELP link at the top of any page - because if you do, you'll then see a POF Mobile icon that when clicked on, gives you a support email to contact - or perhaps the first post of this thread that also gives you the contact email of POF Mobile?

Posted: 9/20/2012 10:41:22 PM | The mobile users operation seems to be very random. Some days it gives me users within about 30 miles and some days it gives me users within about 130 miles. Is there any way to set the radius for what mobile users it will display? I live in a rural area so I need a bigger display radius. If it is set to around 30 miles at times I will only see two people.

I have an android phone and have the POF app. I used to receive notifications on my phone when I was faved or received a message. These haven't shown up in quite a while now (couple of months). I can still log on and receive and send messages, I just don't know I have a message UNLESS I log on.
Any help would be appreciated..thank you! | |

Posted: 12/29/2012 4:58:10 AM | I'm using the Android version of the app, and it's generally very well done and easy to use, except for one problem I keep having:
At the bottom of the main screen is a little strip of profile thumbnails. The problem is that when I visit a profile by clicking one of these thumbnails I am prone to accidentally press "back" too soon; this puts me on the main screen again but with a different set of thumbnails so I have no way to get back to the profile I was looking at.
Obviously I should stop pressing back, but it would be pretty cool (for those other times when I have an itchy trigger finger) if there was an option to see a list of recently viewed profiles from inside the app. | |

Same problem here. Always got a notification and now nothing. Not sure if it's an Android OS update issue or a problem with the latest POF Android app version | |

Is there a way I can downgrade POF on my device? | |

I'm also having a problem with receiving message notifications on my app. It just stopped notifying me of new messages about 3 weeks ago. I still get notifications of "New Matches" or "Favorites", though. All my notification settings on my app are on. I've uninstalled and re-installed a handful of times. I'm not sure what else could help.
I've emailed mobile help and "Natasha's" response was the instructions on how to turn off my notifications. Um...not quite what I need. lol | |
