Possibly. Generally speaking, I don't usually squirt if the toy or his penis is still in me, remember.. fingers don't work for me. I have completely hosed him down a few times with things inserted, but it's rare.

Since the fluid comes from the urethra, unless you are using sounds, you won't shoot whatever item out. But yes, the theory is good.. that you are pinching off the exit. The orgasm is still there, just not the fluid.
