It it were me, I'd have made clear that I was asking you to join me at the race, or at least firm up the idea with a "hey, let's meet up there and if we like each other we can have a drink [or whatever]". A lot of men say they like to be asked out, and a lot say they like directness instead of coy games... but a very great many of them begin to waffle when actually asked out.

As promised
I hardly know where to begin . Her and I had only exchanged POF messages and never talked on the phone, before meeting
She wanted to meet at Delta downs near the (paddock) area where they saddled the horses .Only owners and trainers are allowed in that area.
So, I waited next to the railing , and got my first glimpse of her as she led her horse into the paddock Area.
She is 5’6’ tall , long hair, a former jockey and has lost nothing off her teenage figure.
When she saw me , her face lit up and she called my name.(that’s good I think )
She said I looked exactly like my photos,
As her horse left the Paddock area , to do the walk around ,before enter the starting gate.She came out to be with me and we walked to a nice place to watch the race.
Her horse’s name is “Mr.Rail” and he pulled off an incredible 19;1 upset win ..!!
If you have ever been standing next to someone , who just won an almost 20k purse,
Let me tell you it’s a hellva rush …!!!! Yes, I had bet money on him too..!!
She had Photos to take in the winners circle , and then time with her horse and crew.
So I left. But ,she gave me her phone number and email, and I feel certain she liked me.
I will call her.!
So ,,,to answer my own question …… YES !! this is a great way to meet. I would recommended it to anyone ,!!! | |
