My story starts well enough had just put up my first profile post divorce and to my surprise had many replys one stood out right age range common interests good banter on line and by phone... he invited me to a lovely restaurant for dinner... with the excitement of a school girl I got ready for my first date...
Arrived at the meet and got a seat at the bar ... he called and said he was running late would be there shortly... an hour later he showed up 3 sheets to the wind... (I know should have jumped ship but was still somewhat naive) we got a table and ordered after spending half the date on his cell and going outside to smoke (a fact omitted in his profile) he leaned across the table and while staring deeply into my eyes whispered I want to take you home and spank you.. Taken aback not having dated since my 20's and never having run across a spanker before my arm shot up and I screamed check please... LOL he was not all bad he quickly said oh no my treat! | |

Think she must have been nervous or excited and was talking with her hands.
Saying that I've done the same once was out for a drink with a friend and was talking with my hands and managed to knock his whole pint into his lap. He wasnt to happy lol. | |

Posted: 3/23/2012 2:19:51 PM | My funniest first pof date was in a pub that my date suggested. We meet & got some drinks & then he suggested a place to sit inside.
We chatted & got on well as the pub started to get busier.
We ended up amongst a group of people who did not appear to have any noticeable commonalities. My date started to try to guess what linked them as it was obvious that they all knew each other despite a wide range of ages etc.
After a couple of hours I went in search of the toilets & discovered that the pub was not as busy as I thought it actually was. The area where we were sitting was quite packed out.
I then went outside for a smoke & struck up a conversation with one of the people sat next to our table. I commented on my dates guessing game & the gent I was talking to laughed.
He then told me that we were sat amongst the South west monthly BDSM social!!
For a minute I paniced thinking I was being set up but then laughed when I realised that it was totally random.
We had actually caused a stir by not moving away in disgust. We had been so busy chatting to each other we had not heard their conversations about light bondage!!
Anyway it was a good evening with lots of laughs. The group were very friendly & non threatening. We even got invited to their next meeting! | |

Lo and behold, as she went to sit at the table, two of her blouse buttons popped off and smacked me in the face. She actually got up and left saying she was too embarrassed to remain. I stayed and enjoyed my drink, and the laughter of the people who witnessed..................omg that was me! No not really.....I would have stayed and got drunk | |

I had a date with a beautiful woman.
Every thing was fine, we had a good time.
The next week we have a date again, same thing, every thing was going right.
Then we have a third date, when "They" showed up. Yes "They", and yes, I was smoking then.
At first I was thinking :"Dud you need to slow down on the smokes. "
I almost fall and my butt, my brain was working over time wondering, what the hell happen to me. I am going to died or some thing.
They had the same name , or pronociation any ways.
One was Kat, and the other Cat. Twin Sisters. They played a fast one on me.
I was in LA for vacation. I decided to stay in the US after that, for ever.

This must have been awfully embarrassing for her! But she should have been more honest with you about her weight. I am also a bigger woman; however, I do feel that is is wrong to lead someone on. I have a full body pic on my profile and am always up-front with who I date. That's just common courtesy, and I would expect the same if it were me. | |

I once met a very bohemian that shared a house with 10 other roommates. I knocked on the door, was told to come in, and one of her roommates were doing some sort of mediation exercise for a group of couples, and they were all sitting on the floor Indian style completely naked. I quickly averted my eyes and said I was there to see (name withheld), and they told me she would be right along from getting ready upstairs.
I hurried back out onto the porch lol
So did that go down in history as one of the most awkward moments you've ever experienced? lol I'm cringing just reading about it...also, how did the date work out? Just curious. | |
