| | Some good advice is needed pleasePage 3 of 3 (1, 2, 3) | I'm sure this is a stupid immature question but, you can still have an erection with 'erection disorder' ?
My advice on the whole thing is this..be honest with her. Tell her your frusterated and your going to start looking for a sex partner outside the marriage. Then see how fast she moves...
Or she might just tell you to go ahead. Either way, you'll be facing the problem head-on (no pun intended :p ) and 'im sure you'll get results.
Either divorce, a new sex buddy, or sex with your wife.
But in the end, everyone will be happy :) | |

If erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability to develop or maintain an erection of the penis without difficulty during sexual performance, then yes, a man might achieve an erection but not maintain it during partnered sex.
Or he might function normally during solo or oral sex which would suggest his ED during intercourse is psychological in origin and not physiological.
