Even so, I sympathize with him. For now, our servicemen are stuck with a commander-in chief who barely conceals his disdain for the country whose interests he--and they--are sworn to defend. I'm sure many more of them feel a deep personal contempt for Mr. Obama but are wise enough to keep what they say about him private. | |

Even so, I sympathize with him. I hope people are sympathizing for the military personnel who resented being sent into the illegal "Oil wars" as well.
They too had personal contempt for the "High Functioning Moron" who sent them to war for no damn good reason ... except to steal another nations natural resources.
I'm sure many more of them feel a deep personal contempt for Mr. Obama but are wise enough to keep what they say about him private. My daughter (Lt. in the USAF) had to keep her mouth shut when she was sent somewhere she never should have been sent.

here's a few of the Cdn. Forces' scandals
-several Airborne members beat a Somali kid (youth) to death -resulting eventually, with a few other things in the Airborne being disbanded (these were videos made where new members were forced to eat urine-soaked bread and have human excrement smeared over them including " I love the KKK " on a black member)
- several members charged with gang rape in a hospital in the former Yugoslavia during peace-keeping missions (raping the people they are supposed to be there to protect)
- allegedly collecting fingers severed from dead Afghanis they had killed as 'souvenirs'
- Colonel Russell Williams, the CO of Canada 's largest air base, had a night-time pastime of raiding women's homes, sexually assaulting them ,, collecting their underwear, etc. he also murdered 2 women
so all countries pretty much have 'scandal' I am sure..did you forget those, 'want to travel'? | |

we actually are trained, like most other nato forces, did, and do follow orders
and don't piss on dead civies!!
it is time that america clean up its military,I am sure the majority of(US) service men and women are not evil
but they just are not trained properlly
spend less on equipment and more on trainning (maybe then america can win a war!)

Fact is just as in the real world people in the military have different political views. The Vast Majority of them suck it up and keep their damn opinions to themselves.

Just curious, did you ever serve? This isn't one incident from Stein, but an ongoing discipline problem. He was spoken to, counseled, and finally punished because he refused to follow recommendations, orders, and regulations. He was given many and multiple chances to amend his actions and behaviors, and he ignored them. For you do try and paint this as a moment of lapsed, impaired judgement on his part is disingenuous at the very least, and lying at worst. But you do this stuff a lot, so it's either a "impaired" problem with you, or you'll just go to any length to promote your partisanship.
Bottom line is, as a NCO, Stein knew full well what he was doing was wrong, but he didn't give a damn. He chose his pig ignorant teabagger partisanship over serving his country and his career. he deserves every bad thing thats landing on him. | |

Canada does recognise the international war crimes tribune, the USA does not
