Well, I think, and this is just my opinion, most women aren't able to acheive orgasms by intercourse, and if they can, God bless those lucky ladies.
Of the girls I've been with, before we even get to intercourse, I will use my trusty right hand and help her reach orgasm by messaging(gently) her clit....you get the idea. And, let's not forget, women love oral sex just as much as man do, so, spend a little time down there; I think a minimun of 15 minuts should be okay to start with. Instead of just doing the up and down motion, try the this old trick, spell the all 26 letters of the alpha bet with your tongue, and that should bring her lots of pleasure.
Also, at a risk of sounding like a female magazine, with some women, there needs to be an emotional stimulation. If you are in love with your girlfriend, I think it will happen. Don't put too much pressure on yourself...enjoy the sex, have fun, and try some toys for her.
