Encourage your girlfriend to masturbate more. There are plenty of good websites on different types of techniques she may find appealing. Hopefully she doesn't harbour shame about the act...and you are able to reassure her that you want her to feel free to explore her own body first. If she isn't comfortable doing that in your presence, honour that and recommend that she try it on her own and then share the results of it with you. This way, she may achieve a comfort level about it.
