But since you asked, here is what usually works for me. I'm not here to brag, but I've had some luck with this.
The first thing I do is keep up the foreplay for a while. How long? Well that all depends. I usually go until it really sounds like I have her going. Incidentally, I find kissing her neck and nibbling her ear usually does the trick. But again, this is just my experience.
Then it's off to the oral sex. What most guys to is think that once they find the clit they should never leave it. This isn't always so. Move around a little, maybe there's other parts she responds to. I also like to put two fingers in and curl them in a "come here" fashion. If done correctly, and again depending on the girl, that keeps her hot.
Finally comes the actual act. There's three positions I'm aware of that help stimulate the g-spot to get her off.

3: Reverse cowgirl. That's when she's on top, but facing away from you.
