Do I look transgender to you?Page 3 of 3    (1, 2, 3)
Sigh...I'm going with Yes.
I think it your facial expression in everyone of your pictures.
It just gives off this manly vibe.

You don't look Transgendered at all to me.
Despite what some are saying as well, I do think you look about 5ft. You are sitting on a garden chair and its almost to the top of your back which shows you aren't tall.
Some of the comments on here are constructive, for example some of the comments about face softening make up (IF and ONLY IF you wish to do that), some are down right revolting.
This isn't really the place to ask things like your question OP, simply because there are some people who have no idea about what the word "manners" mean.
There is no need to be so vile to people yet some can't resist it.
I think they feel that because this is a forum that it is perfectly ok to insult and demean others. Probably because they are keyboard warriors who like to hurt the feelings of others.

Well the OP posed the question so those who think the answer is "yes" are being mean?

I NEVER agree with tdh, but I have to wonder if the OP was seeking validation.

Wasn't it the OP who told us to go to hell??? When all some of us did was answer the question honestly?

For reasons I shall not explain, I was involved with the "gender community" for several years.

I believe the OP has several masculine characteristics, but that does not provide PROOF of her gender identity.

However, it is not fair to blame the posters who have offered their opinions on the two topics the OP asked:
1) Do I look transgendered?
2) What makes me appear this way?

She claims to never have remembered a time when she was not being asked such questions by both men and women.
I think posters that perceive some indication of a masculine appearance are entitled to their opinion.
I also listened to her voice on YouTube.

Like I said OP, whether you are transgendered or not, you asked some questions and got some answers.
Use the input to your advantage.

Here's some hairstyle suggestions for a square face. You can use their "virtual hairstyle tool." I like the hairstyle you had in the "vampires everywhere" interview.

Telling me to go to hell after I stated you didn't look transgender is mean, OP.

For the record, I have been mistaken as a guy several times for wearing hats, and big sweatshirts. Not as a tranny, but I hope this makes you feel better.

You actually remind me of Rachel Berry's mom on Glee... don't judge me, I have a young teen daughter and it just oozes into the brain LOL

Gawd I would imagine that a girl of 24 ( or a woman of any age for that matter ) just loves to be told she has cellulite even though she is by no means overweight. Now you have me feeling sorry for her.

I have cellulite and observed the same on the op. Thin women can have cellulite. It doesn't mean she looks bad, she just looks female to me. Women is the key word here and the op is clearly a woman.

OP if you are tired of this thread and want it to dissapear you can ask the mods to have it deleted. I would have sent you a private message but your restrictions prohibit that.

I find it a little perplexing with the type of work you do that you are lacking confidence and acceptance of yourself as you are. I am also surprised you would be interested in seeking the opinions of a bunch of strangers ( based solely on your profile ) who have never met you . I would imagine you meet plenty of possible dates with your lifestyle and would have little need for POF as a dating site.

Best of luck to you.

I dont feel bad about my response, I was honest and gave tips to help her situation. A situation she posed to us and asked what we thought about it.

If I had randomly without an invite to do so emailed her with these same tips, THAT would be rude and falsely brave of me.

When I told you all to go to hell it was not to say I was transgender it was defending myself because I knew I was not transgender and was born a women. I am a women never have been a transgender person nor will I ever will be or ever will I be bi either.

I am who I am and isn’t that how people should accept one another especially in dating you accept the person for who they are not what they have or look like. It’s about what’s inside that counts and what they can bring to you whether it’d be laughter, caring, loving, happiness, etc.

I know I am a women and I am going to be who I want to be if you don’t believe me then that’s your opinion I know who I am and that’s all that counts.

MODS please close this thread!

You think this woman is transgendered? really?
shes not masculine at all, not sure why anyone would think she was born a man? clearly she is a female
even Stevie Wonder can see that ( pardon the pun)

You probably should smile more and show some teeth in my opinion .

I don't think you look transgender. (I don't see an Adam's apple.) And you actually look very similar to a female friend of mine. The resemblance is quite remarkable.

Certain posters have been quite rude in this thread with the manner in which they chose to respond. It's one thing to say yes or no and state the reason for the opinion. It's quite another to insist that the OP is misrepresenting herself, and then refer to her as "him". Uncalled for and quite rude.

I feel for you vampy. I've taken alot of crap over the years because I was never one to wear alot of makeup and my broad shoulders make me look like a linebacker. Add to that, the fact that I'm a bit tomboyish in my interests and attitude. So I've heard it stated many times that I wasn't feminine enough. Luckily for me, I truly don't care. I'm happy with myself and my friends. Good enough.

I'm sure you will eventually meet someone who will love you just as you are. It probably won't be here. People are quite shallow in this venue. Hang in there.

Dear Vampynapy,

First let me apologize, although when posting a thread, you have to be open to get all sorts of feedback, and frequently it might not be as constructive as you wish, after reviewing this thread, I found that a lot of posts were beyond inappropriate and some users even made some wild assumptions. That being said, it is one thing to say yes or no to your question, but as you're aware, some people were beyond ignorant. For that I'm sorry and I want you to know they have been dealt with accordingly.

The post above mine echos my feelings exactly!
There were a few members that had very unbecoming behaviour, which I feel was unacceptable and has been dealt with accordingly.

Just keep in mind on the internet there are always malcontents that make it their mission in life to try to make others as miserable as they are.

On that note, although as moderators we rarely delete or close threads for no valid reason, I will honour your wish to have this closed.

Sincerely,
Miss_Allison
