I'll get something on the lines of "You look stuck up, I bet you're one of those girls that thinks they're too good for everyone and only comes on this site to make yourself feel good with all the attention"...........or I get a lot of hate mail from guys who I don't respond to. I'm sorry but as woman, we get hundreds of messages and I can't reply to them all. I pick and choose who to reply to, and it gets annoying when the same guys send you 10 messages in hopes you'll one day reply. Sucks there isn't a block feature on the adroid app, I have to login to the full site to block all these weirdos. | |

The worse was a guy I went on one date with, I just got a really bad vibe on the date, so later told him nicely that we were not a match, then the venom started, how I was a horrible person and would be alone all my life and die that way, I was just a vagina and had nothing more to offer, ect.., it really took me back abit, then I was just grateful he showed his true nature so soon and my gut reaction to him was right. He even contacted my under a different username to say it was sad that I was still on the site and that he had told me so. I replied back that he too was still on the site so I guess that made him just a big of a loser aswell.
omg!! i have gotten those same responses in the past when i was single! i would always laugh at them because it was too comical for me! their fall back line was always fat and ugly most of the ones i met offline were no prize so they had no right to judge ooh that pissed them off! i had plenty of fools who msg me under another screen name spewing the same crap telling me it was "my fault for making him contact me," did no such thing! one time i was online, one fool told me i dont know why ur still on here u will never have a bf for that matter i said ur one to talk for someone who is still on the same damn site really has no room to speak! seems like to me u will never find a gf cuz u will be lonely as well omg he said i wanted to kill u and he was serious too lol
i said is the truth coming out or something? i agree i love how they bring out their true natures it helps me drop them so i can find better! i told them i can always find better there will always be better why do i need to put up with such anger and drama? everything that went wrong was my fault never theirs as they were angels could never do anything wrong. i told them what a bunch of hypocrites who contradict themselves always too busy trying to make me look bad but in the end, ur the one with the 3 fingers still pointing back at you. yep, they blocked me after that with numerous threats lol. | |

Hate mail one was from someone out of the blue saying "I think we can chat" I responded that I thought she hit the wrong button...that perhaps she was trying to message someone else. Then I got this nasty message calling me a m&otherf%ucker and a cracker...lol...she didn't read my profile apparently...I describe myself a mixed race.
Hate mail two was from my stalker whom I went on a second date weeks ago (before she was my stalker).
In our last date she took zeal in saying the name she gave me wasn't her real name and sat quietly with a sheepish grin...but I didn't ask her what her real name was...not that interested. Ended the date with "well...good luck with the POF dating thing". She then STALKED my profile for two weeks then sent a message about my new pics and "nice arms"...when I didn't respond she sent the hate mail and how I need to deal with my issues. | |

yeah...several times. Sometimes I think they're just having a bad day, just mean people with miserable lives & sometimes I wonder if they've given up & figure a bad response is better than none at all.
I also get people in the forums who become fixated on something I've said & they suddenly decide the thread should be about how I look, what I'm wearing, my lack of a sense of humor (which is extremely funny to those who know me), etc.
eh...such is life. I ingore people who pick fights in the forums & block at will in my e-mail.

these guys need to be reported. They should be able to block their IP addresses.
Reporting them is useless. Very rarely is anything ever done. As fare as blocking the IP it is easy to route your IP address and get around a block.
I honestly believe there are some on here who just message others with the intention of being hateful. It's a game to them. I have a profile on another free site. I haven't logged in for quite some time because I kept getting mails from some seriously disturbed guy. He just makes new profiles over and over. His writing style is awful and very distinctive. There is no question that it is always him. He says really awful things. Too bad those sorts taint sites like this with their anger (most likely at themselves). | |

I was beginning to wonder if something had happened to him, because I've been here a few days and hadn't "heard" from him and what do you know...there he is in my mail box this morning! 
I've been on and off this site for a few years and my guess would be he must have me on a list of people to be nasty to...
Sometimes I get to respond with a snarky comment first  before he blocks me 
I almost feel sorry that someone is that tormented they feel the need to be nasty to someone they've never met...I feel sorrier for anyone who has to deal with him in real life...can you imagine being his relative, neighbor or co-worker? Scary thought! | |

Oh ya I get a lot from older men on why I don't date older men hate mails. Some of them are very graphic and sick.

I tried that with a troll who sent me a very ugly email out of the blue (we'd never had any interaction before that). He created a new profile and sent another email (which I blocked. So he posted his tirade on his profile WITH MY USER NAME on it. Despite a few "report this user" emails to pof admin, it's still on his profile.
This particular dip-sh!t is so stupid, though (how stupid is he?) - he's so stupid I could find his real name and business contact info (he used the same photo from his business on his profile) with only 2 google searches. Of course I didn't do anything with that info but I have it, hip-pocket so to speak, if he escalated his nastiness. | |

I have received hate mail alot, from crazy guys. I block them and if they are really bad, I will report them. Writing back justs fuels the problem. Alot of these hate mail senders are insane and definely crazy and should be removed. | |
