Good comment; educational. That is part of why I really like to see hazel colored eyes. And it's a treat to see green eyes, too. | |

My eyes are usually green, but often appear blue. | |

Hazel eyes change color and are often very green other times very brown My eyes appear green or gray or blue, but never brown. If I wore green everyday, they would appear green every day. If I wore blue every day, they would appear blue every day. Otherwise, they seem to be greenish-bluish-grayish. If there are brown flecks in them, that is less apparent than any of the other colors. | |

Posted: 6/20/2012 12:59:37 PM | When I got my first driver's license there was an old guy there who had to put down my eye colour. He said that he'd never seen - in the thousands of eyes he'd looked at over the years - my eye colour. He was actually annoyed with me. He finally decided to go with green and so that's what I still call them when pressed.
Perhaps green is the default choice for eyes that have some green in them but are otherwise hard to classify? | |
