Posted: 2/20/2006 12:16:46 PM | i agree with you..im a single dad raising 2 daughters and a year old grandson..people dont get it i guess..im mean look who is taking on the responsibilty ..its not the x;s.. so i guess we cant be that bad..i get alot of turn downs because of being a full time dad..if people stopped to think about it we are someone special for doing so... if any ladys feel the same contact me..youll be suprised to see i am a normal dad ..lol steve | |

They had one in NYC a month ago and they had a great time and all from what I heard..........We need people from Utica,Roch,Buffalo,Syracuse,Bingh areas and Kingston,Troy,ALbany too... and all the ones I forgot in this area..

I'm in Oswego for 9 more days and then back up to the Watertown area. Is there anyone on here from that part of the state? | |

I used to chat a lot on another website. ppl were from all over the state. 2 years ago I organized a get together somewhat centrally located. At the turning stone casino in verona. we chose a hotel where everyone could stay, met at the lobby in the casino, found different restaurants to eat in but wound up eating at the casino then spent the evening at a bar called nothing fancy. then headed back to our rooms to hang out.
It was an awesome time for all...we had about 26 meet at the casino. But i have to admit, most of these ppl have chatted on line for yrs. They still get together from time to time. Even had a get together with close friends at my house.
But i backed out of that this past year. It is fun to get out and mingle but I decided that im more of a home body than a party person. That and the fact that i realized that there are some ppl i dont care to associate with.
Anyway, if u ppl are serious about meeting, u should set up a date and time on where to meet and go for it. | |

I am midway between Binghamton & Ithaca, only about 20 miles from the PA border. How is that upstate? Now my summer home on the edge of the St. Lawrence River, THATS upstate. And there are a great bunch of people on this site, I am liking it better than the 2 dating sites I paid for. Love the forums too. | |

There are lots of people on here from the central NY / SouthernTier NY areas.
NY is a large state, I would be willing to drive an hour to an hour and a half, but not 4 hours.
