I agree..... but it was a useful way to see whether I needed to tweak my profile to attract a different breed of nutter.

I disagree,i am of the opinion that on an online dating site-looks are quite important,so i like to know if a woman has looked at me-it might mean she finds me slightly attractive..of course i may be completely wrong,but even so-i would like the feature back please POF mods!!..

It comes across as individuals just not liking the opposite sex in general.
Personally, I would avoid someone who rants on in their profile about men being players,not genuine, been constantly let down etc - they just dont come across as fun to be with - even if they are a total sh*g.
I'm presuming that there must be similar in men's profile - I dont tend to read them as a rule. | |

My current profile clearly (in the opening paragraph, which shows up on searches) states that I'm 66 and looking for someone younger (reasons follow)......
Out of the eight latest 'views', five are older, one is an event host and two actually qualify.
Doesn't anyone take any notice of anything in a profile (oh yes, forgot to mention,three of the views were from ladies 70+...)?

If your screen is too wide you can adjust the zoom by pressing control and the - (minus) key .
Control and + (plus) will widen the screen and control and 0 (zero) will reset the zoom to the default for that webpage.
This works with Microsoft explorer and firefox browsers.
I never knew that, works fine too... this place is handy for IT hints and tips if nothing else! | |
