A night owl vs a morning person ... Page 2 of 2    (1, 2)
I don't think I've ever met a morning person.

Even those I knew who skipped off to bed at 9pm, 10pm, 11pm - they weren't morning people at all. They just had to get their butts to work.

I think some folks have too many 'deal breakers' that severely limits their dating pool.

And with the 80% & 20% of men, vs women ratio here & else where,& the success rate,

As that might also have a we bit to do, with it on the net....... hummmmm....................................

imo ,when one realizes this, you understand that its like wining the lotto in finding someone who is on the samely ,samley, wave length......not good odds................lol

Yet,Lucky enough,I have meet a few who made it again in a free & clear tittle!

Yippee, long live the folks who still can!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember some years back talking to a girl ...seemingly perfect in every way ... but when she said that she had to get to bed ...at 9pm ...I said wassssupy ? 9pm was LATE for her ...normally she went-to-bed at 7:30 or 8 ....and got up at 3am .. to run 5 miles then drive to work 30-some miles.

Stop the presses!! That is totally outrageous that the girl had a life and had a different schedule than you. Totally warrants no talkie from BigSwede.

Sarcasm off.

Dude...seriously?

At the age of fifty-five? Guess again! Not to mention you’re white, English-speaking (sorta), a Peace Corps Volunteer, 6’3”, got a Masters… and you can’t make that work for you? Some problems POF can’t fix.

comically those relationships tend to work because your never around each other long enough to piss each other off.

There's something to be said for that; when I was growing up, and asked older couples about it, many agreed to that. In fact, when people retire, it's pretty common for them to start resenting having the other person around ALL the time.

I also hit the hay by 10 and get up @ 4 AM every day. Life-long "lark" here. A little coffee and off to the gym for an hour. I'd be tickled to death to find a woman that could match those hours. What's her number? HA! (j/k)

I could handle SOME differences, but honestly - extremely late sleepers do annoy me when in my home. So nope - I couldn't make do with someone that slept particularly late.

And that's why the success rate for anyone here is a measly 10% ! Duh! taken from the NY Times

and you can’t make that work for you? Some problems POF can’t fix.

And yes, it will never work for me here, cuz Ive been grazing too long in the wrong pastures......lol
