people might say you are a game player, while still others would see nothing wrong in what you do - AND the latter are the people you need to hook up with. Simple.
In my 26 yrs here on this earth, I see that a lot of women see ANYTHING as being a sign a guy is a player. I don't even fool with women who are that silly. Just like favorites, I don't care to take the time to delete numbers from my phone. | |

Posted: 6/27/2008 3:32:32 PM | I don't understand why people get so bent out of shape if you put them on your favorites list. I use it like a bookmark, to indicate someone who has caught my interest. It doesn't mean that I'm not going to contact them, I likely will, It's just a place to put them so that I can find them later.
After all, I consider it "my favorite's list". I don't think you should have the ability to remove yourself from someone else's list. Personally I think people need to lighten up or grow up. I've had a couple of nasty emails from some women who tell me that I am not to add them to my favorites list. It's my list. I'll do what I want with it. | |

ok....didn't know I was arguing. Actually I agree with what you said. Really didn't mean that to come across as a argument to your statement. Another thing I don't like, people who create drama out of nothing but that's another story.

I was wondering why am I on the guy favorite list? That was just weird.
But as I said, he deleted me, before I did.
If someone is on my favorite list I do write to her. If someone puts me on her favorite list, and don't write me, I delete her.
Here is what I think. She puts you on her favorite list, thinking that you'll put her on yours.
So, she will be on hundreds of guys favorite list, witch makes her looks popular.
But that's just how I see it. Kind of like other sites, where you have a friends list.
More friends you have there, even if you never talk to them, the more popular you look. | |

Now if I add someone to my favorites list, I give the potential fishy 72 hours, if they have viewed me but have not made the first effort........ again I drop them like a bad habit.........lol
It's pretty rare I will even bother making the first effort unless there was something about him that made me go HMMMMMMMMMMM!!!! | |

Posted: 7/4/2008 3:47:22 AM | in my humble opinion, this is just a matter of putting the shoe on the other foot to figure it out. i'm on quite a few favourites lists, and once when bored even checked out who - only to find that alot of the profile pics were blank. so, like women (and men) everywhere maybe you got put on the favs list just because you're cute! which is a compliment, albeit backhanded, so no harm no foul. chances are someone whose photo is blocked is just perving out on your looks, but who cares? who's on YOUR favourites list? follow up on that - it's not what they think of you, but rather what you do about THEM.

bucsgirl, Don't misunderstand me here. I am not trying to be a prick or a a$$ hole . The thing is, The way i see it this is a free dating site. There is only one way to get to know someone to start. And that is talking to people, mingling around the site and talking to people when they message . You don't get to know someone by sitting on the side line and deleting or ignoring messages. Also, You can't get to know someone just by adding them to you favorites list and never speaking to them. One poster said she was on something like 245 favorites list and didn't have a date that night. What's the point? It's like i keep saying. If someone is good enough to add to favorites then they should be good enough to speak to. If a person has made a good enough impression on another speak up and say something. Stop playing games with the favorites list and get serious. The way i see it your either here to meet someone or your not. To me, It just strikes me that if a person adds another person and never speaks to, or deletes a message from a person they have added then there playing some kind of game some kind of way.
