Posted: 9/3/2005 1:47:06 PM | | To view who you have on your favs list, go to your mail page. Favorites is on the second line next to last on the right side. Double click it and your favs list will appear. At the top there's another button that says who's favorites list am I on, click that and it will show you who has added you to their favorites list. | |

the people part but at least thats how i use it and i do make sure i send

and as for me being on somebody's list i think it's a wonderful thing. even if i don't know who they are. i'm jealous of the people with the big numbers, i'm working on it! | |

I use it as a bookmark of sorts.......they have awsome posts or start great threads..
To those I have "bookmarked" I am not stalking you...I repeat NOT stalking
On the flip side...those who added me ...about 20+ (only 2 men ...LOL)some of them on mutual favorites.
But not everybody that mails you adds you.
Some mailed me about what I said at the Forums....when I click on their profile
there are no last 5 posts....this means that there are a lot of people who read forums but dont post...so I guess they just "bookmarked " me.......
so I dont remove any body....they remove themselves.....or left the pond (8 of them) from wordgames...but we still communicate through normal mail.
Ive even toyed with the idea of adding trolls....to monitor their mischief...LOL
I guess we all have different reasons and uses for the favorites fuction.

So my question is do you mind if women ADD you to there favorites list just because they want to give you the thumbs up  and just to let you know they think you are cool??? To let you know they think you are Likable, cute, or loved your profile , pictures or whatever . Yet because our lives would not mesh I am not going to pursue you even if I put you on my favorites list . So I want to put some men on my favorites list and I haven’t because I am not going to pursue them and I don't want ruffle any roosters feathers yet I want to add some men just to let them know I like them so what are your feelings about being added to a gals favorites list who you will never meet and may never even get to know because she is not going to pursue you and is only trying to show you by adding you to her favorites list that she wishes you well in life and has positive feelings about you even though she is not looking to date you ???

Actually I'm thinking about deleting everyone. Also there seem to be some that just want everyone to put them in their favorites, some have asked me to add them, seems to be a form of competition for some.

Posted: 12/4/2006 7:02:08 PM | To me, it's the same thing as my favourites list on Internet Explorer. If I read a profile that seems interesting to me, I flag it for later reference. I didn't think that the favourites were time sensitive to some people!
Very few of the guys who have me on their favourites have contacted me. Some do. Sometimes if they look interesting, I'll contact them.
Unless I'm missing something here, I don't think it's anything to get too worked up about. | |

Seems if someone is readding you, maybe they are hoping you will email them, because they are too shy to email you... dont know. I just take it as a compliment and dont worry about it.

I mean what's the point? am I supposed to write to them because they added me? Am a newbie to this place. How does this favorite list thing work? If I add a profile to my favorites list, will the person get an email saying they've been added to my list? BTW, I'm not on anyone's favorite list :-(( so excuse my ignorance.
