They may fancy the guy being some Ghenghis Khan on a two wheeled stallion.
Imagine a confident bloke who walks with a swagger clad in black leather.
Sort of like the knights or knaves from the medieval times.
Maybe some women like a little bit of a rebel in a guy.
Maybe the little red riding hood is turning the tables on the Big Bad Wolf
and is attracted to him.
I think the machine is what will catapult some poor sod apart from the teeming millions to that of a vastly fewer but proud fraternity, that of a motorcycle rider.
There is something of a daring-do about these people. It does take couirage and skill to manuever a heavy machine at fast speeds. Sort of land based "Red Barons". | |

Me, I learned to ride, but ultimately decided the little bit of fun I had with it wasn't worth that high of a risk of becoming a smear on the pavement.

I myself dont want any part of riding a bike anymore with the nuts on todays freeways i do however take extra caution when around bikes dont wanna see them get hurt and being a drive a eighteen wheeler it wouldnt be good. | |

Almost a half dozen women I know personally and from online happily declared they would throw themselves in my arms if I get a bike and take them for rides. I am seriously thinking to trade my 2-seater for a Harley. | |

Posted: 6/1/2007 1:22:43 AM | Many years ago I used to own quite alot of British motorbikes, sadly not now though. My views on Brit bikes are theyre great, theyre unpredictable as to when they break down. Which I know is odd but I find it fun in repairing and all that. I loved taking the bikes apart cleaning them up and putting them back together. I dont mind riding pillion though I would love to be able to own another Brit bike one day.
I think women want to ride a bike solely because theres a small danger involved as to riding. Its the thrill of the wind the sleekness and the sped and if the main rider is a good rider then they can show the tricks of being a good rider.

Posted: 6/22/2007 12:45:42 AM | | I think it's the reb factor, the bad boy image. I've been riding for like 25 years so it's not a mid life thing for me to ride it's a need. It's the feeling of freedom just you your bike and the road. It doesn't matter what you ride if it's in your blood it's the ride that matters. As for dying well you can get dead doing almost anything walking down stairs crossing the road eating but I'm not going to stop doing those things either, if it's your time it's your time there's no stopping it. As for loud pipes that a few have mentioned I've got loud pipes because when I think of Harley's back in the '70s growing up that's one of the things I think of. A lot of the women that I've met have there own bikes and I prefer them to the one's who just want a guy with a bike because I know there not hanging with me just to ride mine-granted there hanging because I ride but that's a common ground thing. | |

If i happen to meet a guy that has a bike i do ask for a ride but its more for the feeling it gives me then the guy. To me riding is the closest thing to flying like a bird. You're totaly free when your the passenger on a bike. I wont say that seeing a hot guy on a bike isnt a turn on. It is, but its not the only reason i like riding. | |
