No really educated or sophisticated. Whats with this state and people on psych meds. I met more people here on psych meds and I just dont understand since its such a sunny place. I have met girls from all over the valley from snottsdale to avondale and its all the same. The natives seem to have the most issues (sorry no offense) The most beautiful women in the world are still from NY and yes I have one moving out here. | |

I also believe that it's piece of sh*t men like that who foster a fake "big guy" mentality that begs for women to fall all over them as they secure their insecurities that causes a serious problem for any decent male.
I think the aftermath of those types of people is why too, that the original poster has a problem with AZ women: A resistance to the jerks and ***holes is built up, and that's hard to take down when you must do it everyday constantly.
The women in Arizona just might be nicer if the men in Arizona treated them decently rather than as a game to see how many of them they can get close to and fu*k.
People like that guy (quite frankly), they ARE my enemies, they ARE the reason why women don't trust even the good men, they ARE the reason why this poor fellow has found more than not the resistant and cold attitudes from most of the locals here, and they ARE the people who deserve to be drug out to the street and shot if you truly want a better world overall.
It just might help to raise the gene pool and IQ levels a bit while reducing egotism and unnecessary violence, too. :-)

She got an attitude with me, and did the whole eye roll, and then told me I was a " loser ". I was pissed. So I apologized for just saying hello to her, and offered to get her a beer from the keg..the line was insaine. She said ok and I could hear her laugh as I walked away. Well I got the beer, and poured it on her head, in front of her friends, and mine...it was my friends party. She cried, I laughed....yah we can get bad..when need be. She should learn to be more polite.
I didnt even do the whole sleeze bag thing, I politely introduced myself, and asked for her name...she punked me...so I punked her. Had a great laugh about it as well, met a nice girl there too, were friends now. | |

Posted: 12/28/2007 3:38:24 PM | I don't know what's wrong with them. Just in regard to this website, I've written emails to dozens of women and barely get a reply back. Some do the "read deleted" within minutes. Do I have to lie about loving sports and kiss their asses? I'm not going to do it. My experiences with them in person are usually worse, with the AZ natives under 35 being the worst of them by far. Former midwest women are a very close second.
I grew up in the Chicago area, where women are either butt ugly or utter babes who diss you constantly. I lived here from '97 to '03, went back there for a job, then I moved back here in Oct. of '06 and I'm seriously considering another move. I can't go back to Chicago since the cold climate makes me feel sick all the time. So it's either Houston or Dallas, Texas or Las Vegas, although the latter seems like trading one set of snobs and white trash or hood rats for pretty much the same.
Maybe it's my profile. Would anyone care to write me with constructive criticism? Anything else will be ignored. Thanks ahead of time! | |

I do think there is a difference in expectations. Arizona is a much wealthier state than New Mexico, where I live. Houses are nicer, cars are flashier, people have more "stuff". I think that that reflects, to a degree, on the lifestyle one expects in a mate. What would be a nice house and a comfortable lifestyle in New Mexico, passes for barely average in Arizona.
There are bad people everywhere. There are also good people everywhere. One should not make generalizations about a state or a city based on the experience with a few individuals. | |

First of all your message is a tad defensive (Lets just say it would probably take a wooden horse and a huge army to get past those walls you got buddy. )
Second you state that you drink more than 3 times a week. That does not suggest any kind of stability to "nice girls"
Lastly You are a good looking guy but you are really negative. nor does your profile strike me as honest just angry
for instance there is nothing wrong with you liking sports. But you show how superficial you are when you said, "where women are either butt ugly or utter babes" Of course that did not come from your page so I guess I can't hold that against you.
My advice focus on the positives. Say things like, " I like football, what's your favorite team?"
Tell us what you are looking for in a girl with positive language, " I want someone who like sports"
I strongly suggest some major remodeling of your profile if you want girls to write you back. | |

In regard to the constructive criticism which as no surprise, came from the women. :) When I indicate that I drink 3 times a week it is not meant to be construed as "I'm an alcoholic" or that I'm unstable. I believe honesty is the best policy and if someone has an issue with me being a recreational drinker or whatever, I'm just being up front about it and not leaving any surprises on this issue for later. There is a good reason they gave this as an optional answer to the question! Do I wake up with liquor or bathe in it, or drive drunk? Heck no.
As far as the not liking sports and indicating that on my profile. From a man's point of view, at least in this man's viewpoint, indicating an interest in your profile is basically saying that you're interested enough in it that I need to participate with and consider it a central interest and mutual activity if I meet that person. In other words, if you say "I'm crazy about hockey", in my mind I'll need to go with a woman to games, watch TV, talk about stats etc. to have a relationship with you. Whether that's a fair or unfair assessment on my part is irrelevant. But if you ask me further, unfairness is a standard of the dating game unfortunately. I can retool my profile yet in all honestly, I am feeling angry and frustrated over what I see is an inequity in the dating scene in AZ esp. in regard to online personals. My defensiveness is perhaps a barrier yet reflects how I feel and I don't see a better way of being sincere and forthright about who I am, for now. BTW abusers are almost always the one who put up the "perfect" picture and say all the things the ladies want to hear at first.
Indicating that I don't like sports is my way of saying "look, we can share any sort of interest and if you really want to go with the girls to a game, it's perfectly fine with me. Just do NOT expect any reciprocation from me in this area". Since in my profile it's acting more as a barrier than as an expression of sincerity on my part, I will change it. I don't know why I feel like this, but by doing that I feel that I'm lying about something that doesn't need to be turned into a deceptive issue. Would you please quit whining... it is not all about you, no matter how confused you may be feeling. Most of the people in these forums have gone through some pretty serious heartaches themselves, and when you actually get to where you're concerned with anything other than your own feelings, you'll realize that a lot of those were much worse than yours. Not mine, particularly, but some of the stories out there will just wrench your heart out. That is, assuming you care about anyone besides yourself.
Don't you think it's just a bit self-centered to assume that ALL of the comments in this thread are aimed at poor little you... especially when the thread was started by another poster?
As the poster of the "mirror" comment you seem so offended by, I'll tell you right now that it had nothing to do with you, or your desire to have everyone comment on your profile, or whatever it is you're trying to accomplish. (BTW, there's a seperate forum for that!)
