Posted: 8/14/2005 4:18:23 PM | | sorry to say dude...but i think you got that all wrong...i doubt you fall in love with anyone... a lot of us make the mistake of thinking it is love when it is only infatuation...they are quite similar...and i don't know anyone who has not made this mistake...including myself... if you honestly fell in love with one of these girls...you'd still have feelings for them as of now... may not be the same feelings...but there are feelings still there... i only know this by experience...you don't stop loving someone after another one appears...sorry...but i've never known of this happening...i've fallen in love before...and i'll tell you what...no matter how many others i was with...no matter how many years it's been since i've even spoken to them... they are still in my heart...and they always will be... because that is what love... true love...does... | |

I am just on here now for the forums. I am to the point, I dont like wasting time chatting. I dont like being some one's talking pet. Hahaha. Been there done that. Its not MEN or WOMEN. Its our lives. Our value system. You have to look more into it. We live in a society that likes to consume. Then move on. That is what we do. Thats too bad isnt it...
Most of us are scared, and most of us wonder what else is out there. We keep wanting better and better and better until we end up with the worst.
Its like that joke about a bunch of girlfriends who kept going to the next floor of the building hoping to find better and better, until they screwed it up for themselves.
Anyways, I could care less about this thing. I would rather meet someone who knew NOTHING about dating sites. I think dating sites turn people into Players. There are no good old values left.
Anyways, I gotta go enjoy the real world, Later everyone!

i have to disagree with you there bud...i am someone who only believes in good old values... i do agree with you though when you say about how this society has changed and pretty much things have become jokes...and they have...for example...my good friend is getting married on monday to a guy she's only known for 4 months and has only dated him for 2 months...ridiculous...i know...i see divorce written all over that marriage...but hey...that's her own decision...i strongly believe in the old values of marriage...and relationship...i have however abused such a belief...by having children outside of wedlock...which was never my intent...but hey...life happens...and people make mistakes...but i also was not about to marry their fathers just b/c i had a child by them... so...don't think that there are no good values left...there are still people out there...such as myself..who still believe in them... | |

Yet, I must chuckle at certain individuals who have made comments here that they saw a HANDSOME GUY and felt it was LOVE! lol Based on that type thinking I must be in love when I see Jessica Alba or other pretty actresses on tv! NO WAY! Learn the difference between instant attraction, chemistry and LOVE! I know it is a tough concept and can be confusing, but it's attraction at first sight and the love may develop later. Real love involves character feelings and deeper emotions you can't possibly have at first sighting. Oh well...I am going auto shopping. If I see a car I am attracted to...I hope I don't fall in love. :-P | |
