..and the barefoot and pregnant thing?.....not all it's cracked up to be!
oh...and OT...I prefer taller guys, but only because my mom told me to never marry a short man...
...but I'm not positive she was talking about height...

And remember that famouse quote "It's ok to hate me for who I am rather than love me for who I'm not" or something like that.

| The height question- directed at both females and males Posted: 11/11/2005 4:35:31 PM | I think its all matter of preferences .....
I am 5' with heels
Now I had a friend from Ohio that made me lol .. he's 6'4" & I had chatted to some one who was tall & wanted to find a tall woman to save bending over for a kiss & backaches so thinking he was going to look for the same thing & respond similiarly he relpied no way ... I do not want an amazon woman with big hands & feet so again these are 2 men with same height both above 6'
its a matter of what works & what one likes or desires !
we can't change our height unless is there is now surgical removal of bone !
a funny story ... true story from when I was young back home in uk ... I said "Hello Victoria!" ... I was standing right infront of her ... & Victoria looked all around the room! Looking for the voice that greeted her! I had to say " I am down here! "
So there are times when I would have liked to have been taller bigger fatter ie for ballet or modelling but this is the way I was born & thus its love me the way I am or find someone more to your liking!
I think society puts the pressure on how we are to be in movies & magazines ...
I do think though finally someone is getting the idea that the average person is not what fairy stories are made of & shrek is a good position to launch the newer generation that all shapes & sizes are beautiful ... one life to live one go around.

| The height question- directed at both females and males Posted: 11/20/2005 7:31:29 PM | Ah, the vertical line... hmmmm... I used to use that one... years ago. (getting set to have tall women pissed at me... yet again) I have only dated one woman in my life taller than 5'6" and it just seemed so wrong. Most are 5'0" to 5'4"... not that I want anyone to look up to me or that I want to look down on someone... while I do put women on a pedestal height has nothing to do with it...
I think it is just a preference, isn't it?
Perhaps I just have low height esteem....
I don't think I am as tall as I am so...
