| | vampires!Page 7 of 8 (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) | I went to a nightclub once, and spoke very briefly to a guy at the bar who I thought was leaning in closer to my ear because the music was so loud. At the last second, I saw him open his mouth, and no lie........he had FANGS!!! There's a whole underground society of people who are extremely into the vampire thing, and yes they even drink each others blood.
Totally not my thing. My friend and I left the club when we realized there was more than one "vampire" there. Kinda freaky, but as long as they're keeping it between themselves, I don't care. I still don't know if he really intended to bite me or not.
Lesson learned: Know who you're talking to before you say "Bite me!"

| vampires! Posted: 7/4/2009 10:04:45 AM | Ha ha! There is a show on TV right now about "vampires". They are delusional weirdos, frankly. Not one of them has been attractive, so far. Lots of guys are saying things like, "Vampires are charming and regal"--and the guy saying this is a schlub! So far, they haven't spoken to any modern American female vampires, but Ima bet they're overweight and have a lot of black fingernails.
EDIT--HILARIOUS! I called it, both females so far have been chubby goths. I think so many chubbies are attracted to RenFaires and Goth because they can wear corsets

| vampires! Posted: 7/4/2009 10:27:24 AM | I was turned by a vampire...then captured by a priest who tried to exercise the demon inside me...though during the exorcism, he died, and never completed the ritual...now, I'm a day walker...neither human, nor vampire...as my pics can attest to..
Now I use my powers to hunt those who I once called my brethren...now, I will destroy them with everything last non-breath that I take...
Truth, I don't like violence, but I'm really good at it-TruthinessInc

| vampires! Posted: 7/4/2009 11:46:52 AM | *chuckles
I have often been accused of doing the vampire thing with the way I look. I have extremely pale skin and dark hair. My teeth have been altered (thank You to my Dentist) because I had naturally sharp "fangs" like a vampire. No joke fellas...they were real but have been fixed. My skin doesnt darken. If sunburned it turns bright red but goes away in a week or so. It never turns brown at all. Some have said I dont have enough melanin. I almost wrote melatonin (the hormone of darkness). As a youngster I did the Goth look before it was popular. ;) Ive never had the urge to do anything with blood but find it extremely funny that I clean blood for a living as a hemo dialysis tech. I often joke with the patients and say we keep the left over blood in the fridge in the back. ...its a joke...no, really.

| vampires! Posted: 7/4/2009 12:15:50 PM | | I think Hollywood has done a good job at romantacising the vampire archetype. A bad guy who's only a bad guy by circumstance so you feel sorry for him a bit and they are still human enough and usually physically appealing enough to make women swoon. I think it's normal. That and the draw of immortality and being alluring and sexy and having anything you want with little or no rules to society. | |
|
| vampires! Posted: 7/4/2009 2:40:03 PM | It was Bela Lugosi who romanticized the vampire with the help of a well knowned writer, Bram Stoker.
The real historical version of vampires is downright disgusting ugly. Think corpses with long gnarled nails, evil eyes, and no voice. They just wanted your blood. Interesting enough, the area they allegedly take the blood is worst area, becase you cannot drain a body by its neck. Think what a hunter does to exsanguinate a deer...
Also, for those who believe in energy/chakras, where vampires attack (the neck, the chest, the groin area, legs and arms) is where you can transfer energy/prana from person to person. Interesting...

| vampires! Posted: 7/4/2009 8:52:55 PM | | Yes I love vampires! I have had thoughts of being with a vampire it was very hot! I would love my neck to be bitten then become one also. I have thought about getting those fake fangs that u attach to your own that look real and where them out and see what guys say. I saw a show where people had their teeth filed to have fang and I thought that was hot also. | |

| vampires! Posted: 7/4/2009 11:30:52 PM | | The epitome of a Vampire is being extremely charismatic, insatiable, beautiful, enigmatic, seductive, power of presence and intelligent to name several attributes. One does not have to be a sanguine to have the same energy draining powers as one who does not ingest the life force, blood born impurities have made the practice unsafe. The danger and the intrigue inspire most people's curiosity about such a preternatural being. Immortality and sexual overtones seem to fuel that particular fire from within. Hence, the magnetic attraction. | |

| vampires! Posted: 7/5/2009 3:28:11 AM | Funny story, my first time was with a girl who a wiccan and liked to drink blood. But she never drank mine, I'd smack the shit out of her if she ever tried. Thankfully she never did but still, pain is not fun for me at all as it makes me angry as hell.
My ex did like role playing as a vampire though. At least for a while, she liked it when I bit her neck, not hard or gentle, somewhere in between then kiss or lick it to make it feel better.
It depends on the person I guess.
Btw, was this brought up cause of Twilight? -__-

| vampires! Posted: 7/5/2009 7:30:17 PM | | I think vampires are really sexy. I have some really weird fantasies about being visited by a vampire in the middle of the night. | |
|

| vampires! Posted: 7/5/2009 9:53:39 PM | | Vampirism is a gift, a birthright, and a calling. Only now is society deeming it 'acceptable' due in part to the romantic ideals portrayed in modern movies, it wasn't always so. A common misconception is also Vampires are ALL sanguine, this is not true as there are plenty whom derive their energy consumption without the means of drawing blood. Vampires sexy ? Oh, you'd better believe it. ~smirks~ | |

| vampires! Posted: 7/6/2009 12:54:40 AM | No.
Messages this short may not be posted I don't know why; it answered all of the OP's questions.
|
| vampires! Posted: 7/6/2009 1:07:18 AM | Just an amendment to one post of a fellow POF:
Not ALL WICCANS are into Vampirism, so please, when posting that you are into Wicca, aforemention that information. Wiccans get enough a bad rap from ignorant people. Also, not all Goths are into vampirism either. Vampirism is older than the gothic era (think Babylonian, Sumerian, and the Vedas).
There different types of vampirism:
1) blood drinkers 2) psi drainers- energy thieves
Some people believe they were vampires in past lives, others believe they were brought over, others are just unstable, some suffer from porphyria (cannot take light/sunlight, and is genetic), and others feel they were brought over.
If you are into this lifestyle cool, if not, let it be. Most are not going to attack you while making out unless they know you are cool with it.

| vampires! Posted: 7/6/2009 2:26:41 AM | | yep, love biting the neck during sex, and getting bitten as well. | |
|
| vampires! Posted: 7/6/2009 7:02:59 AM | vampirism is a popular fettish, in fact its one of mine :-) its more than just biting though and if you are going to do the blood thing lets just say it dosnt have to involve biting to extract blood, know what i mean guys.
Its made for sharing even if it can only be done once a month
|
| vampires! Posted: 7/8/2009 9:49:06 PM | I've had vampire fantasies, but in them, I'm usually the vampire...and "having my way" with some poor soul. | |
|
| vampires! Posted: 7/8/2009 10:36:26 PM | oh yeah! i have...that's all i read is paranormal romance novels where the guy is a seXXy vamp or a paranormal creature of sorts. I would love to have it actually happen like i read in the books b/c all my relationship issues would be solved! | |

|
| vampires! Posted: 7/26/2009 2:50:44 PM | | Since vampires like blood, they would have sex once a month on the womens' menstrual cycle and tell her "see ya next month. NO! I don't dream of sex with vampires because I don't know any men who are vampires. LOL | |
|
| vampires! Posted: 7/26/2009 4:18:23 PM | I like the idea of Vampires - Hence my name on here lol
The idea of role playing vampires is a massive turn on, its not always easy finding someone who is confident enough doing this though.
Drawing blood isnt something I'm overly keen on just yet... Not until I'm 100% certain that my partner is completely clean (STI wise I mean) and until I know exactly what I'm doing, dont wanna seriously injure someone!
|
| vampires! Posted: 7/26/2009 7:19:51 PM | The last vampire I was with said I needed Geritol . Do they still make that stuff ? | |
|
| vampires! Posted: 7/26/2009 7:28:46 PM | I'd let Kate Beckinsale (as a vampire... or not) do anything she wanted to me.
So yeah... guess I like them. Hey, who doesn't want to get bitten by a beautiful vampire and be her lover eternally... especially a Beckinsale? /sigh
|
| vampires! Posted: 7/27/2009 11:10:58 AM | I had a relationship with... a Guy once.. and it... was almost like you'd see in those vampire movies...
Alot of biting. Alot of blood drawn actually. But never out of an uncontrolled way. Then again I see myself as a sort of vampiress. I love the taste of blood. So... Basically if you fantasize about this sort of stuff.. I say try it... but be safe. You won't know until you like it.

| vampires! Posted: 8/3/2009 10:38:56 PM | That Sounds ****ing Awesome But Twilight Blows LOL | |
