| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 9/23/2008 5:10:48 AM | Here in the US, I think that tattoos and rings is another thing that pop culture has sold, at first to the youth and then to the uhm non youths........like a " fashion statement" I try to judge a person on who they are and try to delight in the differences between us but as to EYEBONGOMON saying that tattoos are "natural" *LOL* that sounds like an odd statement to me, considering that men and women shave naturally occurring hair and dye hair color and get body modifications or augmentations though I suppose that it is as "natural" as the medium we are now communicating over
but i think that redefines the word natural

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 9/23/2008 5:17:19 AM | I don't find ANY tattoos on guys or gals attractive at all. The same goes for piercings of any kind (even ears). If you were meant to have a permanent hole or die in your body you woulda been born with it.
They're not like makeup, cologne, etc. which are temporary which I do like and find attractice. Tattoos and piercing are too permanent and too much of a mutilation for me.
Sorry, just my humble opinion.

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 9/23/2008 11:49:33 PM | | Turn-off for me, personally speaking, but not a big deal, or "deal breaker," by any means ... unless they've reached a level and/or are in a style and/or location I find grotesque. | |

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 9/24/2008 6:49:20 AM | | To me thay are a turn on, as long as they are in discreet places and they are not covering her body. I also fill that a tatoo should be something that you can live with and has a statement of some sort. All three of mine are for a reason. I plan on two more and they will tell a story about my life. | |

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 9/26/2008 1:47:04 PM | | I am a tatted "freak" and very proud if I may say so my self. I have about 7. A large one that is a work in progress (starts on the upper arm and wraps around the upper back). It isn't quite finished as we (the artist and I ) have to do it in parts. ANY WAY each one has a beautiful meaning and a story. Anyone who doesn't want to date me for it...blah. Oh well...their lost. I can care less as it's my body and mine to ink. I love tats. Love men with tats...but I am mored biased to people who have tats that have an actual meaning (not cus it looked cool/pretty). My tats has not affected my career (as an engineer in corporate America), my relationships, friendships etc. So let them turn people off. That's one less idiot I have to deal with. | |

| Tatoos on a women turn me on: Posted: 9/30/2008 9:03:41 PM | | Finally someone on here with sense. I can't believe all you guys hating tattoos on women. That really surprises me. I knew if I read a bit farther I would run across a professional artist and they would back us ' women with tats' up. Believe me, none of my artwork was done on a whim...it's a meaningful self expression of a particular artform. My whole arm is done so I'm not likely to be able to hide it even if I wanted to. Itook my son at seventeen to get his first one...call it a Mother/Son outing...and we got one together. His is a beautiful French cross, Fleur d Lis (not sure of the spelling) and took 3 hours . This was something he wanted for himself...I had very little input. By the way , I had all of mine done after the age of 40 and I'm not done yet. So here's to all the gals that display their tats proudly!!! | |

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 10/1/2008 8:25:07 AM | too funny how much attention this is getting. please explain, what is a "girlie tat"? is it like a puddy tat? i haven't got one tatoo, but that means nothing about my personality. get a grip guys. you think a man with a picture of himself tatooed on his back makes an ideal partner? But only if Its decent, I cant be doing with rubbish tatts.
Same goes for women I think.
I hate to see women with tigger or bloody piglet on their arms.

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 10/8/2008 7:18:24 AM | To me, it's not matter of whether or not tattoos on a woman are turn on or tun off.
I have tattoos on me. Not small ones.
If she has tattoos as well, then we share an understanding and a common interest.
If I'm interested in her, then it's a definite turn on. If I'm not interested in her, then it's neither. But I might still be interested in checking out the ink.
I would prefer that she have original artwork, instead of the run-of-the-mill flash work that you see in every tattoo shop. Regardless, it needs to look professionally done and be complete. Otherwise, we're gonna be hitting a trusted shop..........soon!
Tattoos can ALWAYS accentuate a hot body!
And it's retarded to say that Tramp stamps are played out. It's not like she can just go wash it off with soap and water. She will sooner wash you from her life!

Usually hidden behing that suit and tie, but it comes out sometimes at the corporate gym.
I've got one too..

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 10/15/2008 4:06:44 PM | | i totally agree. i have 7 also. none are very large...yet. im designing my next one and plan to get at least 3 more total by christmas. i love my body. tattoos are a form of SELF expression. not something for others to openly criticize. just because someone has ink or piercings or what not, does that really change who they are mentally/emotionally? is a woman any less capable of being a mother just because she has tattoos? any less of a lover? no. its skin. if you think woman with tattoos are "freaks" or disgusting or whatever word may come to you at any point, dont associate with them. plain and simple. there are plenty of people that dont have tattoos or piercings or whatever. find one of them or get your head out of your a$$. i may have a few tattoos but that simple fact doesnt make me any better or worse than someone who doesn't. understand? | |

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 10/15/2008 9:06:34 PM | tattoos r a turn off??? oh crap...where's my eraser???
Personally I'm not attracted 2 un-tattooed people, but I wouldn't go around judging them 4 not having tats. 2 each their own. It seems that inked people r much more open minded & accepting of others...pretty civilized group of trailer trash ain't we???

Depends on where the tattoo is. As you can see from one of my profile pictures I have a small tattoo. So far I've received no complaints. (if you don't see the tattoo picture then check back later, I rotate my pictures often)

| Tattoos on women Look Trashy Posted: 11/2/2008 6:39:19 PM | | I have no tattoos and nothing on my body is pierced (not even my ears)!!!!!!! I consider it a unique quality about myself (more now than ever). It is just a personal choice. | |

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 11/2/2008 6:53:53 PM | I have three and none of them I regret in the least- not even when I think about grandkids etc. Each of them mean something special and unique to me and I would hope any progeny of mine would have grown up with the ability to respect not only themselves but individuality as a whole. As for girls for tattoos not being interested in guys without them- well, I'd really like to know what stereotype you're working with! Everyone's got their something... | |

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 11/7/2008 9:39:29 PM | | I have a theory. A person's educational level is directly inversely proportional to the number of tattoos on their body. The irony is that those of you with a lot of tattoos have no idea what that statement means, but you are pretty sure it is not good. I think everyone should have their IQ tattooed on their forehead. Wouldn't that make dating so much easier? | |
