| To everyone: Men should rebell against women who have tatoos! Posted: 1/14/2009 8:17:03 PM | To everyone: People should rebel against illiteracy!!!! Spell check is a beautiful thing. Some tattoos are not attractive whether they be on men or women. And while you have the right NOT to like them, when opinionated asses like yourself run the country & dictate what I can or cannot put on my body I'll move to another country. Until then, those of us that have tats know what the rest of you think about it. Sometimes that's why we let them blaze. Some have called it mutilation. Some view it as self expression. Any tattoo artist will tell you the majority of tattoos are memorials. And who are YOU to say how I keep my memories. Lighten up. Tattooed people are like radio stations. If you don't like the tune then just change the station. BTW, Got any books you want us to burn??? | |

If you are a good person I will like you ,inked or not. What drives me nuts is when people think that because they personally don't like something that anyone who does like it is wrong.ITs a matter of opinion therfore no right or wrong answers. The part that make sme dis like someone is when people who don't have them think they have a right to call someone who does trailer trash/skank whatever and vise versa if you do have them and look down on those who don't.It's really not about inked/not inked it's about not looking at someone who chooses to do something that you don't like as lesser than you.I don't judge you based on haveing/not haveing them so don't judhe me based on that.Judge me as I will you on personality and character

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 1/15/2009 12:12:35 PM | they CAN be sexy, or not sexy..at least to ME..
depends on the woman..take 2 well-known women (female singers)..
IMO, bif naked is sexy
IMO, Amy Winehouse is not..
both women have quite a few tattoos
but bif still looks like a WOMAN, not a wire clothes rack..she has a healthy lifestyle I think, not cracked/drugged out
Amy Winehouse just looks scary to me..well crazy, mixed with a crack/meth habit will do that I guess..

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 1/20/2009 7:41:04 PM | Don't know, the first tatoo I saw in my life was on the arm of O. Musselman, who beat me up after school one day. The tatoo said "mom"....I think tatoos suck, but are good for post mortem id. They disfigure...immensely.

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 1/20/2009 10:02:41 PM | I got my first tattoo at 35 my second last fall at 45. I admire tattoos on other women and men. It's a personal choice, I live in the moment and do what I like. If a guy doesn't like tattoos on a women, then why would I date him? Most likely he will keep bringing it up. Nothing like tracing your fingers over the outline of a tat, in a intimate moment! | |

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 1/20/2009 11:41:47 PM | | They kind of turn me on, but its really the tattoos that are the real turn on it's the girl. Besides it's the choice of the girl to get it you shouldn't judge her just because she wants to express herself. | |

The difference between people who have tattoos and people who don't is that the people that have tattoos don't care whether you have them or not.
haha I basically agree BUT you can guarantee that when I see an attractive man in business attire I am always seceretly hoping to see him roll up his shirt and have fulls sleeves. *drool* Maybe that's just me though.

| To everyone: Men should rebell against women who have tatoos! Posted: 1/23/2009 5:04:59 PM | Ef U have a disfiguring scar from earlier childhood, then you know what a tatoo is.
So how many people who have scars on the face, wear a tatoo?
Why not put a 'bar code' on the back of your neck so that anyone can scan you? whether you are living or dead.
The best option is to own a satellite phone so that you can get rescued anywhere on earth, or even on the moon, lordy lordy,
all African slaves were tatooed when there were taken from Africa, and those tatoos indicated ''ownership'
don't put a tatoo on you
there is a huge amount of risk
U are much better off being an identical twin, anonymous, and that is the best part of living in a large urban city, like Lima, Peru, and the more anonymous you are the more likely you will be happier and healthy.
I think I will sand off my fingerprints...and commit the perfect crime.
Tatoo artists should have to become roofers...for community service.

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 1/24/2009 2:04:41 PM | I completely agree with you. Tasteful and cute, those tattoos wouldnt exactly be a turn on. But more like little accessories.
Others can be funny as well. I.E. a little yard sign near the belly button that says, "Stay off grass."
I must say, that some tattoos can be cool as well. I personally would enjoy having say, an angel on my back. Or the japanese kanji for life (2x2 would be max size) with the definition below it. And such.
Taste and tact are the keys.

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 3/18/2009 3:08:24 PM | I am 42 years old and have no tattoos - I also have three children two of whom have tattoos - In fact my 19 year old daughter is an amazing artist and has designed two of her own tattoos and one for her brother. Even though i personally have no desire to have one - I think it is a very personal individual c hoice and people should be able to express themselves however they choose.
I do also believe that tats are a lot more acceptable these days than in years past. So Im hoping my daughter can open up a tattoo business that will be a relaxing peaceful place to do body art. I wish her the best in pursuing her dreams - and you really should see her work. It is FANTASTIC!

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 3/18/2009 4:14:16 PM | Like the 1st post for me ... one or 2 in the 'textbook' places are ok for me ... entire body tattoos are a turnoff for me personally anyway .. even though they do look really cool lol

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 3/19/2009 5:32:41 PM | I like my tattoos. They are sort of permanent reminders of milestones in my life. When I get old I'll remember how young and happy I was the day I got them.
Tattoos are a right of passage in many cultures. My tattoos are my personal marks of passage.

| Tatoos on a women turn on or turn off Posted: 3/20/2009 2:25:21 AM | It depends on the tattoos, where they are placed, and whether they have any meaning for the person that has them.
I'm not a big fan of tramp stamps. That's a fad that just about every girl is getting into these days, and most of the tats are just copied and pasted from one girl to the next. I was in a club a few months ago and actually saw, I kid you not, 3 different girls, from 3 different groups, all with the same identical tattoo above their ass.
Seeing stuff like that makes me think that the girl is just a carbon copy of any other chick that I would meet at any other random location.
But if a girl has tattoos that are unique or actually have meaning to their life, that's far more acceptable to me.
