If you are an American, you have a right to 'the pursuit of happiness' (notice the pursuit part)... I think this could apply, even if the founders never thought of the fleshlight.

That hits the nail right on the head. Toys, for women and for men, are perfectly fine, as substitutes for the real thing, or even to enjoy while playing with a partner.
