Anecdote: My buddy went out with two of our female friends one evening. When it came time to pay for the drinks, she *actually* thought the drinks were free. She had had drinks bought for her for so long that she had forgotten that they cost somebody money. My buddy asked where she thought the drinks came from and how much she would spend on a night out.
