I am one of those guys that feels life has gotten too serious. I pay my bills, I do my duty and full fill my responcibilities.
I liek to do jobs and things that I can find fun and pleasure in. That does include movies and novels... books with more than 250 pages.
I like to think I am well informed as I read the papers and keep up on current events. When I have the time I will do research on things that I would like to know more about.
I like to have fun. I don;t act like a child but I don't expect anyone to take me too seriously when there is no need to.
There is a ballance and that ballance comes with age and experiance. I am gaining that experiance as I get older and I am applying it.
With all that comes effort. It takes little effort to not sound like a gibbering idot. This is not a cell phone dating site, we use real words (though I like other am guilty of poor spelling). Put some effort into it or risk sounding like a e-tard. 
P.S. I am against the further breeding of stupid people and those who create laws and warnings that protect them. (And before anyone flames me for that... I don;t have children. I live the word) | |

He wasn't more interesting he was opinionated. He thought he knew it all, he thought I knew little. He thought I was fun in bed and then he got bored of me. Older men are boring and lazy and opinionated and grumpy. And very set in their ways. And narrow minded and old fashioned. As another person said - older celebrities sound good, but try the ordinary man in the street, and all you are doing is going out with your dad. | |

I used to be into older men but the attraction wasn't exactly physical, more of a protection thing, got turned on by the life experience and other things however my taste has changed over the years, just like the rest of me. I think I was one of those very rare ones as a kid. I was mature way beyond my years and most of my friends were over 5 years older me. I never seem to fit in with kids my age and to be frank I could not deal with the stupid childish stuff they would do. I was what you would have called in high school a NERD, GEEK and so on. However this nerd/geek has a few twists and tricks up his sleave that would have your brain doing flipps trying to figure me out on just what I am. Gray hair, got my first at age 18 and by the time I got to 23 I was over 30% pure white hair mixed in with my black hair. By age 30 I was 80+ % pure white hair.
I ride a motor bike, and no I do not sit there in 2nd gear, I use all of them thank you and not scare to open it up and blast down the highway doing like 100 MPH. But I have to go now the nerd in me is calling I have wash and wax my Volvo.
WANTED: One good women.... It would be a real plus if you are a nerd / geek yourself and a ugly betty type would be great. However open minded would be great as I am open minded and just a tad bit on the kinky side.....that reminds me....I have oil my whips and chains....now where did I put those hand cuffs.............................

Please, as a happy, well-adjusted, well-travelled older man with many interests including the wheeling of the cosmos and why other people are the way they are... I'm just a little offended. You had a bad experience with one older chap. As it's been my experience that "the best indicator for future behavoiur is past behaviour", my guess is that he was lazy, opinionated and boring as a young man.

Maybe they're sexy because they have full command of the english language? They spell words correctly and use proper punctuation?
I don't know about you, but that's why I find Anthony Hopkins, William Petersen, etc, extremely sexy !!
