| Good Beer...
Posted: 9/8/2008 6:57:39 PM | Sad how many Americans don't have any appreciation for beer, glad there are a handful here who do.
In any event, I'm an IPA man myself. My favorite beer is Stone Ruination, which I've recently discovered is more satisfying warm than cool. Typically I keep my beer chilled, but drinking it warm really brings out the flavor of a good beer.
Other choice IPAs are Weyerbacher Hops Infusion and lately I tried a new one from Bear Republic, which is a delightfully unfiltered brew. My favorite beers are from Stone and Weyerbacher. One thoroughly enjoyable brew is Stones Old Guardian, which is a potent barleywine with a delightfully complex flavor. | |
