the worst has to be when you just know there is no connection and you're just going through the motions, complete with akward silences and glances at the clock , horrible , terrible!

Never mind the conversation we had before on my cell home from work, in which he was telling me what to do and to go pick him up as he'd gone somewhere w/out his car. I wanted to pick him up at that point just to give him a what for.
So, I go with him for a drink. And all he can say is, 'so, are we going upstairs?'.
Um, no, we're not.
So, we going upstairs?
No, we're having a drink.
Can we go upstairs after?
Actually, you can change the conversation, or I'll just leave...
Guess you're leaving, huh?

Many moons ago when I was still a young'un...LOL...I had a date pick me up for a movie and dinner...which led to going "straight to the movies" with another couple...and then, asking if I minded if we stayed in the van and talked, instead!! His picture shows him at least 10 years younger...OR if they say "well, I'm 46, but look 36 and feel much younger" OR they say they are "muscular" when in reality the only thing muscular about them might be their....ummm.....can't think of anything! ha!
Misrepresenting who they are is a huge turnoff. Men who have verbal diarhea is an even bigger turnoff.
OH and men who color their own hair!! For gods sake, go to a professional, so your head doesn't look like a little bowling ball, with grey edges.
