| whats the biggest turn-off on a first date? Posted: 7/9/2006 10:14:25 PM | Its been like 14 months since I even had a date, but if I do have a date soon this is what I will be turned off by:
As others have said: lateness cell phone on rudeness lack of attention to conversation
And I personally hate: guys who try and touch me too much too soon talking only about sex people who think they are too 'cool' to dance - dancing is fun... you dont have to be the best one out there.. geeze.

| whats the biggest turn-off on a first date? Posted: 7/14/2006 11:23:55 AM | This is from way back in the day, but, i'd have to say when they expect you, as the guy, to do EVERYTHING. I mean from the pick-up to the drop-off you're choosing where to go,what to do, when, where, choosing the topics of conversation, being charged with keeping the conversation going, etc, etc, ad nausem. When it's almost as if I am supposed to be the night's entertainment, and only if I can pass muster will I be acceptable. Geesh. But, of course, no pressure or anything.
Not that I mind planning something fun, but if you can't do your part to help make it fun, then that's a big turn-off.

| whats the biggest turn-off on a first date? Posted: 7/14/2006 12:17:15 PM | I'm guilty of some of the things people mentioned. I'm shy & fearful, but I always tell the person what to expect as its only fair.. I will be quiet, but I will talk when spoken to & will get involved in a convo.. just can't start my own (only at first).. I more then likely wont look at the persons face, I'll look away.. until I feel comfy, but I don't stare...
What I disslike: -Touching me when I tell him not to! -I love you..I want to marry you..We'll be together for ever! -Makes plans to go for a walk in the park & to make dinner.. to only complain about walking 1 block & not cooking dinner. -Pointing to the tv & saying how hot she is, & what you want to do to her!
^^ all that happened on a first meeting with a guy! Can we say Sir. Creeps-a-lot

* talking about ex's.
* licking the plate.
* any sort of release of bodily gases at the table (and NO I will not pull your finger!!).

| whats the biggest turn-off on a first date? Posted: 7/14/2006 1:07:00 PM | I always get turned off when the guy tries to hold me tight right away or kiss me on a first date. He does not even know if I will feel any sex appeal towards him and he makes a move. Sucks!

| whats the biggest turn-off on a first date? Posted: 7/14/2006 1:30:11 PM | foul language, talking about how no good the x was, asking can we have sex
Never had the farting, burping, rude people. Do people really do this on a date? and do people really show up stinking and dirty.
BTW: not such a turn off but I hate when I guy starts talking about what we are going to do next. It is very awkward when you know you don’t want a second date. What are you to do say no there won’t be a second date in the middle of dinner?

| whats the biggest turn-off on a first date? Posted: 7/15/2006 12:05:53 AM | cell phone for sure! at least dont answer it if it keeps ringing, i mean, we all know you guys like to leave it on and let it ring so you feel important, but for god sakes! dont answer it!
another thing, saying hi to ever freakin girl or guy in the restaurant/bar, and especially if they dont introduce you....RUDE! nothing worst then standing behind your date the entire time as they talk to everyone else but you!

Actually, now that I think about it. Thats kind of funny!! hahaha
