They will know we are Christians by our love- thats how the song goes. So even though we are unfairly treated many times, we are to love and show the proper behaviour all the time as much as we can.

We have to love one another too in Christ. We are One Family and we need to put any differences behind us and just love one another, that is a command.

By the way. There is no such thing as true Christians not loving one another, that just cannot be the case, otherwise there is something wrong and incorrect.

I just wanted to bring this back up to the top. I have had a few debates and often pondered different things but I wonder if this world has forgotten the true meaning of love.

Love endures all things.

Why can't we look past different spiritual beleifs, moral agendas, race, sex, and just love one another for what we are as an individual?

There may be things that you don't like about a person but have you ever looked at the things you do like about them?

I know several people that I may not agree with personaly but I still love them no matter what. I ussually try to give good advice to everyone. Even my mom constantly calls me for advice. All my friends and family usually confide in me.

There is really no secret. I just listen. I once heard that listen and silent are spelled with the same letters. I also heard that there is an EAR in HEART.

I wonder why people hate anyways. It's unhealthy and it causes a person to be lonely.

Sorry, some of this was just venting but I just wanted to bring this back to the top.

Jimmy thank you for this thread.

I would like to take this opportunity to specifically appreciate some of my favorite people here. This is in no particular order and if you are left out, it is not necissarially because I don't like you. I might have just forgotten to mention you or feel I don't know you well enough.

Jimmy, you are a thoughtful, straight forward, and interesting person. You consistently contribute beneficially to every thread you post in. When I think of how I expect a Christian to behave, you are a good example. While I will freqently disagree with you, I never feel any anger toward you or your beliefs. Thank you.

Feral, you are consistently insightful. I find myself agreeing with more of what you say than possibly any other poster. I feel you have achieved a very high degree of tolerance and accpetance of others and still have some very interesting perspectives on things. Thank you.

Wonkavision, you are a very intellegent and analytical person, but you do not abandon ideals and emotions when they are relevent. You are an enjoyable debater as you rarely if ever turn it into an argument by sticking to the topic. I feel I have learned a good deal from you. Thank you.

Friv/Wonderous, Your perspectives often make me think. Your posts are the ones that usually cause me to have to analyze new data and new ideas. You are almost always very considerate and accepting. Thank you.

SeriouslyFunnyLady, You provide some much needed humor on occasion and often give us a new perspective to consider on any given topic. I generally appreciate your posts and hope to hear more from you. Thank you.

Asb, you seem to be very relaxed and easy to get along with, even when you are involved in a long debate you never seem to lose face or get angry. You consistantly search for better understanding and never give up. I respect you a lot. Thank you.

EdwardVIII, your sarcasm and wit may be used frequently, but are almost always used respectfully. I somewhat envy your ability to introduce levity without making people feel judged or insulted. Thank you.

Skypoetone, I enjoy your contributions to any thread. You help to maintain a more international understanding and usually have a very friendly demeanor to your posts. Thank you.

Bright1Raziel, You are smart, friendly, and knowledgable. When you post a fact, I rarely feel the need to crossreference it. You add a lot of information to a debate. Thank you.

Again, if I did not mention you specifically, that doesn't mean I don't like you. it is rather late and my memory may have lapsed. So given that it is inevitable I forgot to mention someone, Thank you everyone for making this forum so enjoyable the past few months. I do feel I have learned a good bit and will continue to do so.

Infornography,

That was a beautiful post and I commend you for it. Props to you man.

I appreciate your insight and honesty. I especially am grateful toward everyone here. Everyone is an individual and bring out different perspectives to these threads. Everyone is unique. Being unique is what makes us different. Difference is what makes us unique. If it wasn't for each person as an individual to bring a different contribution to these threads I would have never learned as much as I have.

Believe it or not. We may disagree but i still think of each and every one of y7ou as a friend. You hyave showed me different aspects of every issue and I have even learned to have more patients than before.

Due to my lifestyle before religion I have found a whole new understanding of patience and just when I thought I had my patience under control I meet you guys.....lmao.

After I meet you guys I really had to learn a whole new set of patience. I had to learn to be patient with those who disagree. Its easy, real easy, to have patience with those who agree but it's another story to have patience with those who disagree.

Anyways...LOL...I appreciate everyones contribution to each of these threads and i hope that everyone here finds what they are looking for.

Jimmy I believe that the love that jesus taught he taught to everybody. Regardless of faith. The greatest and most important commandment of all is "love thy neighbor". Sometimes we forget that and end up getting caught up in our differences when really we should consintrate on how we are alike.

Feral,

Thanks, you are a good person. I love your posts because you are unbiased and usually stand in the middle. PEACE>>>>>thanks a lot and stay the path.

Rainbowitch,

Yes, Jeus showed his love to anyone. He was a great man and I can't imagine what this world would be like without Him. Like i stated above, I changed my whole life because of Him. Would i have done this without Him? I think not, I would have stille be the same person and if you have ever read my posts you only have a glimpse of what kind of person I used to be....PEACE.
