Posted: 1/3/2006 2:46:07 PM |  You had me there for a moment. I have never heard of of the sign sage, then I realised. I'm a virgo, taureans, librians, capricorns and scorpios are all good signs for me.
Although if a gorgeous looking hunk of any sign comes along, i'll give it a go. Any sign can compromise, it's the character that counts, and that is formed over a period of years, not just your birth year. | |

Posted: 1/3/2006 3:39:45 PM | First off I'm sorry too say but you all have it wrong. Really you should not be looking at your Sun sign but what sign the Planet Jupiter was in when you were born. The energy of the planet Jupiter is what has an influence on your relationships. I am a cusp baby my sun sign is Pisces/Aquarius and my Jupiter sign is Aquarius. When dealing with Astrology there is so much more that goes into it than just your Sun sign. The idea of Astrology is that certain planets and the energy they stand for has an effect on your destiny. If you are going by Sun sign alone you won't be fulfilled. There is a book called " Jupiter Signs" by Madalyn Aslan that I have found really is on target and helps you figure out your Jupiter sign, easily. You just need to know the birthdate and year of the person you are checking for. Love can be found in the stars or at least aid in that search. I find water signs most compatable for me but then again water signs are a sensitive misunderstood bunch. Earth is nurtured by water signs but that can be exhausting for the water sign. There is a 13th sign already and the Goddess related to that sign is Lilith, I forget what the sign is called but there was an intense thread going about it several months ago. I myself am a Pisces and I have lived and loved a great many Capricorn, Taurus, and Sagitarious....It just seems to always be one of those three that I have continuosly been in relationships with. I have learned also that Virgo is not compatible with me at all and I think that is because most of my family are Virgo, so their personality type usually just clashes with mine. But, lately I've been getting along really well with Aquarious people, which isn't supposed to totally "jive"... So, I try to take it all with a grain of salt. But, I do get along better with certain signs like Scorpio and Leo....
I do have some belief in the whole astrological "thing".. There are days I feel totally "out of whack" and can't figure out why. I'll get online and read my horoscope in the evening, and many times it has to do with planetary line-up, etc... SERIOUSLY~~~~ | |

Im a Pisces we encompass all the qualities of the zodiac...in some books we are either the beginning or the end of the cycle.
We are beautiful from the inside out, sweet, kindhearted, open, honest, romantic, artistic, in the bedroom we can be whatever our lover wants us to be. We are not afraid to experiment, very openminded types of people. Wanna talk about role play.
Dramatic sure at times. We gravitate towards the illusionary world, dreams and mysticism, we are naturally psychic and highly intuitive....We make some of the best actors aside from our brilliant Geminis.

Fickle..yes some of us are. This is an often misunderstood trait. We hate absoutely hate hurting people. We love to make people happy(people pleasers...I hate it) We hate to choose between one or the other. We love options, the more options the merrier..this comes in handy with certain professions..like counselling and facilliting, talent scouts etc. I have an Aries moon but that gives me a hot temper when provoked and even more passion. Too much for most guys Ive dated.
I find some of the men to be unreliable and conflict avoiders..some of them...don't shoot the messenger. I probably wouldnt date a Pisces man.
Moody, at times...our element is water and we are run by our emotions, no two ways about it.
We tend to be altruistic, empathetic, our careers tend to be people based, teachers, nursing, therapists, artists, instructors, care givers, counsellors, etc.
I have the biggest problems with Virgos...cause they are my opposite there are sparks but they are far too harsh, cold and critical for my liking. I find Virgo women to make excellent friends, very open and frank and not too shaby cooks.. I dated a Taurus male and I think Im done dating earth signs. Too many head games, controlling, clingy, low self esteem I found with this guy in particular. He was way too selfish and boasting. I was shocked cause I thought Taurus men were supposed to be all about family and were more giving. Pisceans are simplistic and spiritual in their needs. We dont need much in the material sense to be happy. We are romantic, can you say awwww? Ill leave them the other earth sign/water sign women. Cause Im tired of making mud...LOL

I've heard that, but being a fish myself, I couldn't lie to save my soul. I've been told that before, I can be seen thru immediately. Except in business, if I have to create a white lie, I feel terrible but I can do it. | |

Trying to figure out compatibility based on sun signs alone is barely useful. Sun sign astrology gives the entire study of astrology a bad rap. A composite chart or a synastry chart are WAY better ways for figuring out the dynamics of a relationship.
I just finished a 2 year stint with a Virgo. I am a Gemini. That's usually a horrible combo, but it worked because our ascendants meshed, our moons meshed, our mercuries meshed. Sure, she was picky and neurotic(Virgo), but my Capricorn ascendant loved it. Sure I'm scatterbrained and yappy (Gemini) but her Venus in Gemini looked past it.
I just finished a 2 month stint with an Aries. I usually click very well with Aries. In our composite chart, Pluto (planet of obsessive control) was right on the edge of the "relationship area" of our chart. Guess what happened? 2 month power struggle! Her moon in Scorpio made her suspicious and vengeful. That doesn't sit well with a Gemini at all.

Scorpios tend to be "secret keepers"--- they really are, and sometimes seem proud of it~~~ Leo's sometimes have a huge ego that you have to constantly feed ((my best friend in high school was a Leo, BUT we were best friends)). So, sometimes these kinds of things can be worked out. I've read enough about the signs and then watched friends, BF's, etc, and it can be so totally true at times, it's almost too predictable....I know, many people believe you can "apply" any/all of the characteristics for a sign to anybody and everybody... Im glad you said that..brings me to my point. Other elements came into play but that plane still touched down as gravity would have it. We have the rules and we break the rules, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. Its a guideline, or a map book, we can take detours along the way, its up to the person(s) involved. As I said before if one only looked at the stars they wouldnt get very far. | |
